We have stayed at both the BLU and BLU2 now while visiting TCI. Caroline is responsive when communicating, as is her property manager, Jing, at the Grandview. Both were accommodating with early check-in/late check-out when units were available. Very clean and well-stocked with spices, kitchen utensils, etc. Would definitely recommend either unit.

It was a wonderful experience!! Everything was just as described! Caroline was the most amazing host... always responding immediately. And an even fun find was HEB salt and pepper shakers. HEB is a south central Texas grocery chain and we are from San Antonio. Caroline recommended Cal for a driver and he was great!Thank you for a lovely vacation!!

Incredible location and accommodations. It’s hard to see the value of staying at a resort when this place puts you right in the middle of everything and has all your family needs to make a great trip. Fully stocked kitchen, direct beach access, no crowds, proximity to great restaurants and golf course, and amazing views. I’ll be back.

We had a great stay with 5 people in this 3 bedroom condo. The kitchen is awesome and has lots of dishes and glasses. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was great to freshen up towels as needed. The view is fantastic and access to the beach is easy. We rented a car to get aroubd to activites, buy groceries and enjoy a few dinners out is beautiful Grace Bay.

Chill Family Vacation

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in TCI. The condo was in a great location and we enjoyed being on the beach and relaxing in the beautiful water. Our teenagers liked having their own space to chill in and we had amazing fishing adventure.

Fantastic time

Caroline was extremely responsive and provided great outline of everything we needed to know in advance. We loved the location and ambiance. Perfect spot for 2 families with kids sharing the 2nd floor.

Perfectly situated right on the beach

The condo is perfectly situated on the widest stretch of Grace Bay beach, walking distance (either down the beach or on the road) to everything. Condo is clean and well stocked. 3 bedrooms are separated from each other which was perfect for our all-adult family vacation. 5th stay on Grace Bay beach but first at this condo--we will be back.
