Anna Maria Beach Place 5 is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.

Anna Maria Beach Place #5, located in Holmes Beach is a charming beachside complex featuring six units surrounding a heated pool and tropical gardens. Immediately across a rarely traveled, dead end road are the white sandy beaches and the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. It doesn't get much better than this!

Unit 5 at Anna Maria Beach Place is a one bedroom, one bath upper level unit that will sleep four with a king size bed and a queen Murphy bed with a 9" foam mattress. New additions are a 50” TV in the living room with DVD and VCR and a 42" TV in the bedroom. Updated living room furniture and updated kitchen and bath. High speed internet with the expanded cable package and free domestic long distance calling is provided. This unit is fully equipped with everything you'll need so you can relax and enjoy this wonderful Anna Maria Island getaway. Two gas grills, an onsite laundry room with two coin operated washers and dryers, plenty of beach chairs. This hidden treasure will sleep a total of 24 and is a perfect spot for family reunions and get-togethers.

Anna Maria Beach Place has a one week minimum stay.
Parking is limited to one vehicle.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this location several times over the years , #5 has beautiful ocean views & the convenance of a 2 min walk to the beach & water . Walking distance to Holmes beach & shopping . Rental makes you feel at home on the beach . It had everything we needed to make our vacation one to remember & come back . Only negative comments we have is bedroom is not as cool as the rest of unit and tv needs some good direction on how to operate . Would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to experience what old Florida used to be like , quiet, calm vibes .

The unit was clean and cozy. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever. Usually we are ready to go home because the beds are uncomfortable but this place made it hard to leave. The beach was just a few steps away and just beautiful. The pool pump wasn’t working the first few days and the water was dirty, but once it was fixed the water was great. The ac unit in unit 5 doesn’t work well in the bedroom so we had fans blowing continuously. We even brought our own after reading other reviews. It wasn’t terrible but could be fixed with a small unit in the bedroom. This is the only negative part of our stay. We love Anna Maria and we hope to return to Anna Maria Beach Place.

Came for a solo retreat and couldn't have been more pleased with my week. Cute condo, CLEAN, had everything I needed to cook and nest for a week (including easy access to the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants).

Love this property, we’ve stayed there several times over yrs. The TV system didn’t work much but we made do, you need a new router and it seemed that a remote was missing for each tv. (I have Spectrum at home) and the recycling containers were full of trash. I took my recycling home. This place perfect location and my mom used to love it there. This time me, hubby and sister.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has updated decor and the location is steps from the beach. It is also located close to Publix, Restaurant's, and shopping. We had a great time and would rent again if one issue was fixed. The AC in this unit does not blow any cold air into the bedroom or bathroom. We ended up having to have 2 box fans run all night to get any airflow into the bedroom.

There was some kind of really small insects in the kitchen on the countertops. But all in all I would recommend this rental agency and would recommend that property. Me and my wife really liked it and thought it was a really nice place and the location was good and real close to the beach. Had great beach access and really like that chairs and beach towels were provided, being from out of state and flying down that made it really nice. We would definitely stay there again.

The appliances were new, the kitchen was stocked with good quality dishes, glassware and the rental company left us dish soap, dishwasher soap and paper towels. The furniture was in good condition too. We didn't have beach chairs and called the rental company who brought some over very quickly (thank you!!). A minor negative is that the AC unit is in the dining area and in order to keep the bedroom cooler, the door has to remain open otherwise it got pretty warm. It wasn't a deal breaker but it would be nice to have an AC unit in the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay at Anna Maria Beach Place. The pool was fantastic and the proximity to the beach was great. The location was quiet and also convenient to walk to Publix, Walgreens, a place to rent scooters or bikes and the free island trolley stop. Overall, the photos were accurate and the unit was well maintained and clean. Our stay was during covid-19 and we felt very safe inside and around the facility. We liked it so much, if the unit wasn't rented, we would have stayed an extra night. We would definitely stay here again.

A Beautiful Remodel

We especially loved the Murphy Bed in the living room so our teens were able to sleep on an actual bed as opposed to a pull out couch like most other units have. The unit was appointed perfectly and had everything we could need. If I could change one thing it would be to add an A/C unit in the bedroom. We were so hot in the bedroom since the only A/C unit was in the dining room area. We were thankful to find a small fan in a closet to try to blow as much cool air as possible into the bedroom direcion. We would have really had to freeze out the living room sleepers if we wanted to sleep with more than a sheet in the bedroom. Other than that small issue, everything was PERFECT!!
