Another Quality Home Spot Retreat! Updated 1942 Sears Ranch home in an established tree-lined neighborhood.



Short walk to the local Farmers Market, restaurants, sports bars, bakeries, coffee shop, liquor store & more. Many delivery choices.



Just park at the front door and walk inside.



Stylishly decorated, this home feels cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. It includes new furniture, new carpet, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.



The separate office/den has a desk, free wifi, and additional seating making it perfect for getting work done or relaxing. Living room and one of the bedrooms have smart televisions.



Remodeled kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker and is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans and even a Keurig Coffee Maker.



The bathroom is a Jack-and-Jill style accessible and located between the two bedrooms.



Back patio has a grill and seating area to relax outdoors.



Driveway has parking for 2 or 3 cars. Street parking usually has empty spaces for 3 or more cars.

Guest have the whole house access including the backyard patio.

There is bus service, however the most convenient is Uber downtown KCMO, Leawood, Lenexa, Mission are $7-20 a trip.



17 minute drive to the Plaza. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Mission and Prairie Village. 20 minutes to Downtown KC, Westport or the Legends.



You can park 2-3 cars in the driveway and there is more parking on street.

Very clean, comfortable property close to downtown Overland Park. Host communication was great, very receptive to early/late check out when possible. The only issue was the worn outdoor furniture, which was actually a non-issue due to the high temperature at the time.

House was perfect for our weekend in town.The owners were quick to respond to questions and even come over to bring some stepping stones to help my 80 yr old mother be able to get into the house easier. The 2 steps into the house are a little taller than normal.

Great Thanksgiving stay

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property over Thanksgiving and both times have been wonderful. Super communicative, very close to everything we need and well appointed little house. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in KC!

Nice Weekend Stay

Sharing this house with a small group was so much cheaper and more convenient than booking multiple hotel rooms. It was in a great location for us to get where we needed and the check in process was very easy. It was clean, well prepared for guests, and we appreciate all the thought that went into hosting!

The house was clean and comfortable with memory foam mattresses. The location was good, close to shops and restaurants. The WiFi worked well and the 2 TVs were a nice touch. In addition to the 2 bedrooms there was an office space with a desk where we were able to work. The hosts were quick to answer any of our questions.
