Time away

It was a great for our group of 18 that included 10 children. We had a lot of fun and the layout was well planned. We will come here again. Would be nice if the pool could be heated for the colder months visitor.

Paradise stay

It was pleasant, clean, everything was accessable. My only issue was we were responsible for making our own beds & all of the linen & bath towels & wash cloths were left in the kitchen on the floor

Beach Vacation 2024

We enjoyed the ample family space and the short walk to the beach. The adults and teens had their own private space , and the little ones enjoyed the bunk room. All the children loved the swimming pool. The wading pool was a great idea for families with toddlers. The house does need an outdoor grill.

Overall experience was great. Property was nice and close to the beach. The downfall is having to pay for linens and having to may your own beds upon arrival. Also, the basics of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are not provided. I have never stayed somewhere that does not provide this.

Great house with so much space and ALL the amenities

We had a VERY large group, mixing business and pleasure, and this house was perfect. Plenty of room to relax, lots of parking, and a front row seat to the Memorial Day parade in front of the house! The pool is perfect for "chill" days, and just steps away from the beach. One note: Be aware that you do have to pay extra for the bed sheets, and also put them on the beds and then strip them off again at the end of the stay. It is not something we have ever experienced with a VRBO stay, and was an inconvenience (as well as a little pricey, considering we already paid for house cleaning but then had to do a lot of it ourselves) but wasn't a deal breaker. Overall a great place for a large group.

Check-in and check-out were super easy. The house was clean upon arrival with our linen package waiting for us. Be sure to take hand towels for bathrooms as they are not included in the package. Communication was different than previous stays we've had at other locations. The message option in the Vrbo app does not take you to the proper contact, so be sure to use the link in the text received - don't assume it's the same one. I communicated with someone through the app the first couple of days before I was told that wasn't where I was supposed to contact the actual host. We were very disappointed that the pool was not properly maintained. It was not swimmable after the first night because it was so green. We had a maintenance issue with one of the showers, but a technician was on-site within 30 minutes and got it taken care of quickly! Trash and recycle cans were full upon arrival so that was hard to manage with 22 people in our party, but we made it work. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The beach is very close, easily accessible, and not too busy. Most importantly, we had plenty of room for our large family in the house.

There were roaches in the house. We had problems with the door lock, and a repair man came twice, but the issue was not resolved.

The property was beautiful but came with some issues. The dishwasher did not work, the ice maker did not work, the pool was green (even after being serviced) for our entire stay, we had to make our own beds upon arrival which was frustrating after a long day of travel. Pros were location in proximity to the beach and spacious.
