Great location and spacious! Love the bar/cafe in the bottom of the building—Callimaco. Had an issue with the washing machine but communicated with Daniela and eventually got it fixed. Balcony was a addition. We walked everywhere and weren’t surrounded by Americans. Decor left something to be desired, but overall it was great. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome. The location is ideal, whether you want to explore the nearby neighbourhoods or visit Rome’s main tourist attractions. The apartment is right on a metro line, making it very easy to get around and access the major sights.The apartment looks exactly like the photos and was very comfortable for our stay. Our host was also extremely helpful, responsive, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The balcony was another highlight — the perfect place to enjoy an aperitivo and relax after a long day of sightseeing.A special little bonus is the café right downstairs. It’s a lovely and convenient spot for a simple breakfast and a coffee before heading out to explore the city.We would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Rome!

We had a great time in Rome. Her place is in the best location walking distance to all attractions. Coffee shops and restaurants all nearby. The restaurant at the ground level of the apartment is wonderful. It has a small kitchen but we never used it. This place is also walking distance to the train station. I would have given 5 stars but it does need a little updating but it is really clean. That being said it is a great place for a home base while in Rome. Would definitely stay again.

The host is fantastic - communicative and very helpful. We were so pleased to stay in this suite again! We are also happy that there are now a few excellent restaurants a couple of steps away, and that the neighborhood feels even more safe and friendly than ever. The balcony is a real treat - late at night when the family has gone to bed. A full fridge and freezer are appreciated! Close to transportation lines for easy access all over Rome!

I loved the property. The apartment was clean and spacious, and centrally located. Communication with Daniela was also easy, as she responded in a timely manner when we had questions. Definitely recommend

I traveled with my wife and two daughters to Rome. The location description and Daniela was great. She went out of her way to book a transfer from the airport to her flat. I would highly recommend.

Great location close to the metro and walking distance to Roma Termini central train station! Easy access to main Rome attractions. Daniela was responsive and check in process was smooth. Quiet area with great restaurants all around. Our family loved it - we recommend!

The flat is clean and the balcony is a huge plus! Location is convenient walking distance to the colosseum, there’s a nearby supermarket, Termini and local metro is close, Roma termini terminal is walking distance about 10-15mins as long as you know the street easy to find if you use a google map. The flat is surprisingly large offering ample square feet/meters.

Host was great, for a family of 4 it was perfect. Kitchen, washing machine, good beds. Close to metro stop, grocery stores, good restaraunts, and walking distance to the Coloseum. Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was fantastic—close to all the major sights but still in a real, local neighborhood. The place was clean and comfortable, and I slept well. Breakfast on the balcony was a highlight, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. A great spot for exploring Rome!

Amazing host and property. I messaged her a lot and she always responded timely no matter how dumb the question. As for the property, I know others have said they felt unsafe well I couldn’t disagree more. It’s a big city, you will see things that might make you feel uncomfortable but at no point did I ever feel unsafe around the property (or anywhere in Roma).

Perfect location if the Coliseum is your main attraction. Also very close to many other great sites and the train station and metro. Great communication from the host. Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops.
