This sunny home boasts a beautiful, enclosed backyard where the kids can run around and play safely. Keep an eye on them from the comfort of the lounge area on the patio. There you can also find a convenient gas grill for warm-weather barbecues. It's your time to show off your grilling skills!

Upon entering this air-conditioned home away from home, an open floor plan will appear before your eyes. Recover and rest in the inviting living area after a fun-filled day - grab your favorite snacks and stream your favorite series on the large smart TV. The pristine and well-appointed kitchen will be the cook's playground! A beautiful Samsung smart fridge will keep your groceries nice and fresh during your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
