Lisa, we're really sorry the pool table felt off during your stay, that's not the experience we want guests to have at JoyStick and we've already flagged it for repair. We'd love the chance to make it right and have you back for a visit where everything is in top shape.

Melody, a wedding celebration at JoyStick sounds like such a perfect way to use the space, and we love hearing that the game room kept everyone entertained across all ages! The apple tree is honestly one of our favorite little surprises for guests who visit in the fall, so we are glad you stumbled onto a good harvest. We appreciate your patience with the iron situation and are happy we could get it to you with time to spare before the ceremony. We would absolutely love to host your crew again, pets and all, especially if you want to finally get that hot tub session in!

Grant, thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry your family's stay at Paradise didn't feel right. When you raised your concerns, we offered to move you to another of our homes. We've already addressed the issues you raised: the stairs were repaired, the AC was serviced, the bathroom drain and shower were fixed, the pool table and game tables were repaired, and the bathrooms were deep cleaned. We'd welcome the chance to show you the difference.
