Cabins Out Back - Nest - Cozy Cabin for Two Only Four Miles to Town
Come to the heart of the Hill Country in Fredericksburg...a place you can unwind from the city life. The fresh air and the stargazing are magnificent. See the wildlife of whitetail and Axis deer, wild birds, turkeys, and our 15+ pastured chickens. We are less than 10 minutes from downtown, but yet you feel you're in another world.
The 'Nest' is a ~308 square ft. cabin with a king sized bed, lots of windows, kitchenette with microwave and small fridge and full-sized bath with Tub/Shower combination. Also includes flat screen TV with streaming. This cabin sleeps two.
Brew a coffee or tea with the Keurig coffee maker and take a seat on the front porch. Please note that beginning August 2025, we will not be serving fresh breakfast.

I was born and raised in West Texas. After 15 years in corporate retail in the DFW area, Iâm leaving the big city for Fredericksburg. Iâm excited to take over the Cabins Out Back from my parents, Steve & Glenda, and continue their tradition of hosting delightful stays!
