Our townhome is a stone's throw away from the vibrant Oaklawn Casino. Weather you are a gaming enthusiast or just up for some lively fun, you can stroll over to the casino and enjoy a night of excitement.

But the fun doesn't stop there, only 1.5 miles from your doorstep you'll discover the heart of downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse Row, bursting with an array of shopping, dining and cultural experiences! And surrounding downtown you will find Hot Springs National Park where you'll discover the natural wonders of Hot Springs. From paved bike paths to immersive hiking trails, you'll have unlimited access to Hot Springs National Park's beautiful landscapes.

The space
This fully renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome comfortably sleeps 6 adults (two spacious, king bedrooms and one cozy, queen bedroom that is connected to the master king bedroom). We also provide a top of the line air mattress that can be used making the home available for up to 8 guests.

The historic charm of this townhome was preserved while adding elegant modern touches. Original, thin plank hardwood floors have been preserved throughout. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring has been installed in the kitchen and custom tile has been installed in the bathrooms.

The spacious kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals including a Keurig coffee maker, waffle maker, air fryer and blender. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8 people.

There is a nice sized patio off the kitchen with plenty of seating. Both King bedrooms as well as the living room have smart TV's with streaming capabilities.

Guest access
This is a townhome with two units. Guests will have all of Unit A (with the exception of the supply storage closets), including the outdoor patio. The front door entrance displays the letter A and has a smart lock you will use to enter. Unit B (behind Unit A) is occasionally owner occupied. We travel for work and split our time between the cities we work in and time in Hot Springs at our Unit B townhome.

Unit A & B are completely separate with no shared spaces.

PETS - we do allow dogs only (no cats), here are the rules

Furry Friends Welcome: Bring along your beloved dogs (no cats) to our Triple Crown Townhome! We love hosting your furry companions and provide everything you need to follow the rules.

Pet Pals Policy: You can bring up to two (2) well behaved pups. Please let us know who you are bringing so we can make the stay special for them too!

Snuggle Guidelines: While we know pets love snuggling up, we kindly ask that they refrain from hopping on furniture or bedding. We want to keep everything paw-sitively perfect for all guests!

Size Matters: Dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted unless prior approval is obtained.

Leash Adventures: Enjoy exploring our beautiful surroundings together! Just remember to keep your pet on a leash in honor of our city leash laws.

Bark Responsibly: We're all about good vibes here, so please ensure your pet keeps the noise levels down to avoid any ruff situations with neighbors.

Clean Paws Club: SCOOP THAT POOP! Keep our grounds pristine by cleaning up after your pet and disposing of waste in designated areas.

Paws-on Supervision: While you're out exploring, make sure your furry friend is safely crated to avoid any solo escapades. No pups can be left uncrated in the home without adult supervision.

Share the Love: If any mishaps occur, don't fret! Just let us know, and we'll handle it with care and understanding.

Other things to note
Parking is on the street and has room for three vehicles in front of the home.

Fireplace is non-working, purely aesthetic, and historic of the home and family.
