The photos on VRBO do not do this home justice! An absolutely stunning property located close to everything! Conner and Ruby were accommodating & helpful with restaurant recommendations and quickly answered any questions we may have had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!!!!

This home is a great spot for a family/group to stay under one roof. It is close to many area attractions and eateries. There is room to gather in one area yet plenty of space for privacy. It was clean, had outdoor space and parking for up to four vehicles. The hosts are great and so was our weekend.

The check in process was seamless and the house and host was more than satisfying. The house had everything we needed and more and our host Conner was great to work with. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your VRBO. We will definitely stay again if in Nashville.

Loved staying at this house. It was so close to everything. The house was perfect for my group. It was clean and had everything we needed. One small suggestion, would’ve been even more perfect if there was a full size mirror on the main floor in the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again! Great hosts, very responsive! Ty!

Great home

This property is great! It is spacious, nicely decorated, and very close to downtown Nashville. Conner, the host, was very understanding and accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Conner & Ruby are wonderful hosts, and their beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our stay! The house is located on a quiet dead-end street in a peaceful neighborhood, yet it’s only about 10 minutes from downtown Nashville.The house is exactly as pictured and described. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with dishes, glassware, serveware, and cookware. The bathrooms had everything we could need, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, body lotion, and hair dryers. The living room and kitchen provided great gathering spaces, and all of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.The backyard was adorable, although we didn’t get much use out of it because it was 100! Communication with Conner was easy through the app, and he was incredibly quick to respond every time we reached out. I would absolutely recommend this home for groups or families. We really appreciated Conner and Ruby’s attention to detail and all the thoughtful touches that made their home comfortable and welcoming.Thank you, Conner & Ruby, for a wonderful stay! We’d definitely stay here again!

Comfy & Roomy Stay

The property is spacious and comfortable. We all had our own beds and plenty of bathrooms to fit the needs of five women visiting Nashville for the weekend.We had all the basic necessities like water jug with filter, coffee maker, and cups.The beds were super comfy to jump into after a long day out on Music Row. Sleep was great!Plus, all worked out with no guests the day we were checking in, the hosts were gracious enough to allow early check in so we could drop off our luggage early, so we could explore the city without lugging around our luggage!Great,communication! Would recommend. The house is centrally located from Downtown/Music Row and other activities we planned.
