Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cottage by the lake! This home will truly have everything you need with 2 queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, washer and dryer, and all the entertainment you'll need. It is located only minutes away from Downtown Vermilion and the lake. The house has been recently remodeled and is ready for families & friends to enjoy and relax!
1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3. Please remove shoes in the house.
4. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.
5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

Location Location

Great location, couch great, yard showed fence assumed it waa it enclosed. Yard not taken care of and a lot of smiders and bugs. Just ok will not stay again

Underwhelming Bungalow

This bungalow was the perfect size for my family. The inside looks nice but the finishes fall a bit short. The exterior of the house is less than desirable and the backyard is unusable. The house overall met our need. If my family comes back to the area again, I will find a different place to stay.

Disappointed

This is the 9th house we've stayed at through HomeAway/VRBO. The 1st 8 we're exceptional. This house was adequate - comfortable beds and new furnishings. One bedroom door wouldn't close all the way and the bathroom door wouldn't lock. However, the reason for the low star-rating is the condition of the yard. No grass - just tall weeds and poison ivy growing along the walkway to the front door, on the tree trunks and on the side of the house. The backyard was unusable due to the tall weeds. The front entrance was full of dibris. We are very disappointed with VRBO for allowing this. I took pictures, but don't see a way to post them.
