Två hem med privat strand och bryggor på Squam Lake

Vakna till ljudet av lommar och titta på Blue Heron dyka efter fisk på vackra Squam Lake även känd som Golden Pond. Två hem som delar en stor privat strand och brygga utrymme är tillgängliga för veckovis sommaruthyrning 1 juni till 1 september för 4250 $ + 9% skatt (lägre priser i juni.) Kajakuthyrning intill på Squam Lake Association. En lugn plats för din sommarresa eller lugn lågsäsong uthyrning. Vi hyr sjöutsikten hem från 1 september-1 juni.
Av säsong, hyr vi lakefront huset varje vecka eller månad

Charmigt lakefront hus byggt 2005 med spektakulär utsikt har tre sovrum, härlig skärmad veranda, 2 fulla bad och 8 sovplatser. Fullt utrustat kök, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, kabel-TV, telefon, bottenplatta olja värme.

Andra huset, renoverat 2006, har sjöutsikt, två sovrum, 1 1/2 bad, stort vardagsrum och veranda och 7 sovplatser inklusive en hopfällbar säng. Fullt utrustat kök, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, bottenplatta olja värme.

Perfekt för alla årstider. Ligger på Big Squam Lake i Holderness, N. H. Bara 6 miles från I-93 och 2 timmar norr om Boston. Nära outlet shopping i Tilton och ett full service spa i Meredith.

Bekvämligheter: Lakefront hus # 22 har tre sovrum, två badrum, 8 sovplatser, fullt utrustat kök med alla nya apparater och diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, kabel-TV, telefon, sluten veranda med utsikt över privat strand, båt bryggor.
Lake View House # 24 har två sovrum, 1 1/2 bad, 7 sovplatser, fullt utrustat kök, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, delar strand och bryggor

Sommar: Bekväm för alla Lakes Region attraktioner - Simning, båtliv, fiske, vandring. Hyr en kajak bredvid och utforska skönheten i Golden Pond. Besök kyrkan tillgänglig för bröllop och kyrka på söndagar eller njut av en avkopplande solnedgångstur på sjön. Holderness är en söt liten stad med en marina, restaurang, presentbutik och stort vetenskapscenter.

Utforska alla prakt Vita bergen med riklig vandringsleder eller besök Holderness Science Center där du kan studera naturens. Rattlesnake Mountain är 10 minuters bilresa och har en härlig familj vandringsled med en spektakulär utsikt över Squam Lake.

Vinter: Promenad till längdskidåkning, segling, isfiske, skridskoåkning, snöskor, snöskoter. Nära till utmärkta utförsåkning, och många fina restauranger. Det finns också ett fullständigt spa på Church Landing i närheten.

A very nice location that seems to be close to everything. We always enjoy the privacy and the beach, including fires in the evening. The cottages are very well cared for. We had a beautiful and relaxing week. Our group totaled 15. Thank you for a great week!

Lake house

We had a great time at the lake house. It has a nice beach area and easy access to the lake. The out doors area has a variety of seating, a fire pit and grill. We hope to be able to come back and stay again!

Private, yet open and relaxing. Plenty of parking. We had 12 in our group and were very comfortable. Nicely furnished and kitchen was well equipped. The group raved about the setting. We would stay again.

Perfection on the Lake!

This property is hands down the best place we have ever stayed! The beach area is something I could never even imagine and I've been coming to Squam Lake my entire life. To watch the next generation of kids enjoy the water rain or shine is something truly special! This is a rare find on the lake and we enjoyed our stay greatly!

Lakeside house.

We rented the lakeside house for our annual fishing trip. There was ample room for six adults, docking for boats and plenty of parking. The house was well appointed and clean. The location was beautiful. Right on the shore of big Squam lake. The owner was always responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would rent again in the future.

A Very Merry Christmas Stay

This house is clean and cozy and very comfy. The lake/mountain views are spectacular and accessible from two bedrooms, the living room, kitchen and porch. On a warmish December afternoon, we enjoyed tea and cookies at the water's edge, just a few steps from our back door. We imagined morning coffee or wine at sunset in the warmer months. We give it our multigenerational approval. And many thanks to Deb for her care.

Privacy included

The house with 2 bedrooms off to the side is very outdated. The beds sag in the middle and there is no TV anywhere. The 3 bedroom house is much more modern and has a lot more amenities including a TV (in the living room only) although the view is incredible, there is geese poop everywhere so be sure to wear shoes you don’t care too much about Both houses have a bit of a musty smell but not terrible. Would still recommend for a small gathering

Beautiful location

Renting a home for young children with lake access can be tricky. Having a private beach with no steep hills and flat yard was great for our kids as many houses may only have a dock and/or a steep slope to get to the water. Here, we didn’t have to worry as much about the children or grandparents having a hard time walking back and forth, and it was close enough to the house we could see and talk to who was at the water. The other reason we chose this location was because we had other family/friends that wanted to come for a day or a night, having the second house would allow us to accommodate them. However, we are thankful we only had one set of friends visit because the second house was very musty smelling and outdated. The main house has a nice set up with a good sized kitchen and porch to eat on, but the photo showed a sofa that is no longer there, and instead there are two old & worn oversized chairs and two recliners, which made relaxing together a bit awkward. The kitchen is well stocked but I have to be honest and share that we spent a good day cleaning off cob webs around all the ceilings/corners/windows and washing silverware, dishes, bowls, and glasses that were not clean. There were a number of knives in the drawer but I could only find one that was sharp enough to cut fruit/vegetables. I slept in the queen size bed which I had no discomfort, but my parents shared the king sized bed which they said was much softer. The only light in the bedrooms came from small lamps which were not very helpful. With no a/c there was one day where we were hot inside as temperatures rose to about 85 that day, but the other days we were comfortable enough although we did take the fans from the other house to use on the porch/living room to help keep things comfortable. Overall, the views and beach made the trip very memorable, the kids had fun fishing and swimming and there was plenty of outdoor seating.

Great location

Great location. Very relaxing wish the weather was better but having morning coffee by the water was a great way to start the day. We had a visit from mother duck and her babies and a little bear cub one day. Would definitely rent again.

Beyond expectations

We are a group of four fisherman with 2 boats. From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to love spending our 4 days of fishing here. The home was much nicer than any other place we have stayed in the past. It was clean and nicely furnished. The outdoor area was perfect for docking our boats and enjoying the view which was spectacular! The fishing was fantastic as usual.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I got together at this cute lakefront home with beautiful views. It was cozy, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was nice to only have to bring our luggage, everything else was already there. It was amazing waking up in the morning to a magnificent sunrise. There is a few places to eat and a little market within a few miles and not a far drive to other attractions in the area. There was good communication with the host and made everything a breeze. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Squam at Christmas

We have been frequent renters on Squam Lake so know it well. We couldn't have been more pleased with our rental. The place was spotless, extremely well equiped with everything one could need in the kitchen, baths, and bedrooms. The view is wonderful and in the summer it would be great to have the beach (not many places on Squam have their own beach). Response to an issue was prompt and resolved quickly. The McLoud family are wonderful and has a long and fascinating history associated with the property.

Great location but WORST experience ever!

Rented from Wednesday to Sunday. Got there Wednesday evening but woke up Thursday to no heat or hot water. Contacted owner who then sent out for repair service. Repairmen was unable to fix issue. Owner stated that full rental will be refunded for issue and to let her know when we vacate her property. Luckily, we were able to book another rental nearby for vacation time. Text manager that we left and inquired about refund, no response. Called and no response. Emailed and no response. Message through VRBO and no response. It is unbelievable that the owner could be this way. Hope no one else rents from this place and have to experience this nonsense. They should not be allowed to rent out ANY place ever again for their dishonesty.

Perfect location!

The house was exactly as depicted! Kitchen was so well provisioned, all we needed to purchase was food. When we had a problem with the TV set during our stay, Rob came immediately. The Nature Center and trails are close by, the view across the lake are magnificent . Take advantage of a boat tour with next door neighbor; she's awesome!

The property is owned by the McLoud Family of Plymouth, New Hampshire. The land was purchased by our father/grandfather, Merlond McLoud in the 1950's. He owned a construction company and together with his children developed Grapevine Cove. It is a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy the best of New Hampshire's Lakes Region.

During July and August both houses are rented together. Otherwise, the houses may be rented independently. Off season availability is more flexible, including winter. The lakefront house with lovely winter views is the only house available November 2022-May 2023

Please inquire for rates. They are variable depending on whether renting both houses or one house, which house, length of stay and time of year.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

In summer, the property has one of the few sandy beaches on the lake and we believe it has the most beautiful view of all! There are two houses on the private road which share the beach and two docks. The houses are rented together in the summer and comfortably sleep 15. You are one cove away from Squam Lakes Association which runs boating lessons and regattas that are beautiful to watch from the beach. It is also relaxing to sit and take in the views of mountains and wildlife such as mink, beaver, eagles, herons and loon and listen to their calls. The lake is clean and clear and offers swimming, fishing and boating. Bonfires in the evening are especially magical! The view around the lake at night is very peaceful.
