Welcome to Coastal Pines! A Relaxing and private single home located directly on the bay canal. This home has 4BR and 3.5BA. Bay views from every room!

1st floor:
This home is elevated- stairs are required to access the main floor.
Relaxing 1st floor bedroom with a king-sized bed private full bath including separate shower and bathtub. Coffee bar (k-cups). Enjoy your coffee on the private deck overlooking the backyard and canal. LED cable TV. Pack n play will be available and located in this closet.

A full-functioning updated kitchen with everything you need to cook meals or host a gathering with an island that seats 2. Large dining table with seating for 10. Behind the couch is a wide console table which seats an additional 4. Highchair included.

LARGE sectional sofa to fit your whole group in the family room which includes a gas, stone fireplace.
Enjoy meals or just relax on the spacious, screened lower deck. Includes a dining table and comfortable patio furniture.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Gas grill is provided. Please clean the grill prior to checkout.

2nd floor:
2nd suite with king bed, leather futon and full private bathroom. Shower/tub combo. LED tv with cable. Large windows with beautiful bay views to enjoy the sunrise.

3rd BR is the bunk room with 1 full bed on top of bunk, queen underneath and a free standing full bed beside it. This room is perfect for the kids to have their own space. Includes a mounted LED TV with cable.

4th BR is a very cool, spacious room with a queen bed. This room allows access to the upper deck with 4 lounge chairs to soak up the sun! This room will also have a mounted LED TV with cable.
The hall bathroom is a full bath for bedrooms 3 and 4.

Basement/Garage/Gameroom:
Ping Pong table, card table, and foosball table. LED TV and seating.

** Bed linens and bath linens are available at a cost of $12 per bed, NOT per person. This is 100% pass through from the cleaning service. Please let us know which beds you would like linens for and they will be clean and ready for you. Each bed elected will get 2 sets of bath towels and wash clothes**

Don't forget to bring your fishing rods and water toys to enjoy! A crab trap and cooking pots are provided. There is direct water access on the property, as well as a HUGE outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is also a firepit with seating in the backyard right next to the water.
2- single Kayaks, 2- 2 seater Kayaks and 2- paddle boards available.

**** All persons that will be using kayaks/ paddle boards make it known that Kayaks and paddles boards are to be used with extreme caution and at your own risk. You are acknowledging we are NOT liablable or at fualt for any injuries/dealths sustained while using these items. Life jackets provided in shed along with a flaoting safety device. Using these items is at your own risk and we are waiving any responsibility. By renting our property you are choosing to acknowledge that we are not responsible if any injuries or deaths occur while using said items. ****

This home is near restaurants, shopping and the beach. 1 vehicle pass for Assateague will be provided.
