High 10 foot ceilings with chandeliers in every room and original hardwood floors greet you as you enter. Antiques and thoughtful details throughout to make you feel right at home! Enjoy a great nights sleep in our queen bed with comfy memory foam and room darkening velvet curtains or hang out on the covered porch wicker chairs. Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to cook and enjoy meals in too. Private parking is provided! Close to Lancaster attractions! Less then 4 miles to downtown Lancaster and 6 miles from Spooky Nook! If you’re looking for something different, this is it!!

Cozy and a great location

Check-in was easy. Everything was organized in a helpful way that was easy to understand. The host was easy going and friendly. We felt welcome here. The location was great for going to the Amish Village, Hershey, and Longwood Gardens. Rohrerstown is quiet but not remote. Anything we needed was nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

Beatiful and historical place with real furniture!

This was truly a charming place! It is well kept, has real nice furniture (as opposed to some places where they have IKEA-style). We enjoyed our 3-night weekend stay overall! The location is in the historic district of Lancaster and was a quiet neighborhood.The owner, Wendy, was amazing communicating and very organized. It was a little overwhelming with many messages coming at once the day/night before, yet she was fully/readily available to answer any questions we had! The door lock on Unit 1 (on the way out) was a little tricky - there is an "autolock" feature which kicks in 1 min after the door closes, yet we stuck around each time to be sure it was indeed locked or we went through the manual lock process, as it did NOT "autolock" every time we left. It did lock every time on its own when we came inside. We enjoyed the tempur-pedic, queen-sized mattress with a soft pillow top on top, slept real well. We do not normally like tempur-pedic mattresses, they make us feel like we're sleeping in playdoh - ha!, yet with the soft top on it, this was A-OK! We visited "September Farm Cheese Factory and Country Kitchen" on our way to airport (about 30 min from the place) -- HIGHLY recommend it! Also, HIGHLY recommend Sight & Sound Theatre - we were in town for my daughter's audition there. We have seen a few of their AMAZING productions, bringing the Bible to life on stage beautifully, like we've never seen before! Overall, GREAT place to stay - would return!

GREAT PLACE

We had an extended stay for our son's graduation from LBC. Great location access to highway and had designated parking. Although the building is older, it is very well maintained and modernized throughout. Clean, comfortable, and WENDY, our host, was exceptional! She had great communication throughout our stay and helped with every need. We're quite grateful for a wonderful stay!

A taste of days gone by

We recently stayed at the property for a mother/daughter weekend and my elderly mom just soaked up all the memories that the apartment brought to mind of her childhood growing up with radiator heaters and solid hardwood floors, high ceilings and the thoughts of what they used to do together and what they used to eat. It was a wonderful stay and the apartment is charming and very well appointed. A lot of thoughtful touches including a memory foam bed and keurig machine. The only thing I could suggest would be a walkway to the apartment since it is only grass and when we visited it was raining heavily making it messy to get to the house. Other than that we absolutely loved it.

The original Amish horse post is still present out front. Little details like this make this property special yet we are still less then 4 miles from downtown Lancaster and close to other popular attractions. Don’t miss breakfast at the iconic diner across the street from us!
