This beautiful apartment in the center of Split has 70 m2, a terrace with sea view, a jacuzzi, and air conditioning in every room. The sea is 50 m away, overlooking the famous beach "Bacvice".This unique accommodation is close to all points of interest, making it easy to plan your visit.The city center and the old Diocletian's Palace are a 5-minute walk away. It has a private garage with 2 parking spaces & an elevator from the garage to the apartment. Flat is on the 3rd floor of a new building.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a new building, it has air conditioning in every room, 2 flat screen TVs, a jacuzzi, a terrace with a direct view of the sea. It has a safe - a key to open the apartment. Own parking in the garage for 2 parking spaces with remote control. You enter the elevator from the garage and go directly to the apartment.

Excellent location

Our host was extremely helpful with the processing of our arrival and departure. The apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. Everything you need is there. Only a few minute walk to the center of SPLIT. Cancel

Very comfortable and accommodating

We were 15 min walk away from the harbor and city center so it was a peaceful place. Nice to have a washing machine and stocked kitchen. The host was very communicative and helped to connect us with a driver to take us back the airport.

Perfect location

This is a beautiful apartment with a great view of the sea and beach. It is also an easy 15 minute walk to old town. Highly recommended!

Lies of omission

When we looked at this listing under "About the Property" it sounded lovely. The "About the Neighborhood" info also sounded lovely. But under "About the Host" the owner's name proved to be a link. (We didn't click on it because we weren't interested in the host, only the property.) But it turned out the link wasn't information about the owner at all. It was instead a whitewashed disclaimer about some 'trivial' construction going on beneath the balcony. (Since we raised hell this information is now made available without clicking the link. Under advice of their attorney no doubt) The construction is currently three floors down but getting higher every day and less than thirty feet from the balcony railing. (If I were allowed to post a video I could show you but VFBO doesn't offer the option. Why?) This listing and its owners are deceitful and dishonest. Karma lies in store for them however because by the Spring of '25 the construction will be complete and the property will be worthless. Except for people who prefer looking at the back wall of a resort thirty feet away rather than the Adriatic sea. So unless you're deaf and blind or enjoy seeing giant cranes pouring concrete or hearing banging, clanging, and shouting every workday from 7AM to 5PM I wouldn't recommend it. And I would steer clear of any other properties the Belas "family" may have available.

we have to inform all our guests that the construction site in front of our apartment has started since May. Our apartment is quite high on the 3rd floor, so the construction site is not exactly in front of the entrance, but the noise is heard, the noise is not always, but occasionally you can hear noise. it is our duty to inform you. thank you for understanding
