Note that the fifth bedroom (a bunk room) is connected to bedroom #4 and can sleep guests of all ages but is nice for parents who want the kids close.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. The kitchen has complimentary seasonings and spices, and two rolls of paper towels.

✹ PARKING: Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. If you will be bringing more than 2 cars, please confirm with the host prior to your arrival as overnight street parking is prohibited by the HOA, and parking passes are based on limited availability.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, and plenty of family friendly entertainment options.

✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

✹ NO LAKE ACCESS: Note that the lake is a no-contact lake - this means no swimming, boating, or fishing is allowed.

✹ The pool is not heated. If you would like to heat the pool, there is a daily fee. Complimentary spa heating up to 3 hours per day.

✹ Primary guest must be 29 years of age or older to rent and must provide a government issued ID upon booking confirmation.

✹ Daily rates are based on 10 guests. There is a fee for each additional guest above 10, up to a total of 12 guests. Please book for the correct total number of guests that will be at the property.

✹ $1500 security deposit is required. The security deposit to be processed as a hold by a third party on Guest's credit card.
