Would 100% rent again should we make a return trip. Perfect location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands! Nice QUIET community! We appreciated that it was just outside of the main part of downtown. The place was spotless. Great layout. Very comfortable following a long day of hiking. Beautifully decorated. Appreciated the starter supplies (shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher soap, laundry soap…). Even enjoyed having a garage. Pool and hot tub were close though we never had time to use it. Host was responsive and detailed. Absolutely NO complaints.

Nice clean spacious condo. Comfy bed, quiet neighborhood, nice shower. Loved being able to use the garage. Great location to visit Arches N.P. and surrounding area. Close to town.

Beautiful, clean condo in a quiet location with a short drive to town and Arches National Park. Dark sky at night, perfect for stargazing. Very comfortable bed and pillows in the master bedroom. Just a short walk to the pool and hot tub. The owners have a notebook with everything you need to know. It was nice having a garage too. Highly recommend staying here.

It was lovely to have a spacious clean home for our family after four nights in hotel rooms during our road trip. In Moab we’ve previously stayed in a hotel, but we wanted to be able to cook our meals. The house was lovely, well laid out, and had everything we needed. Lots of towels, bedding, and a well equipped kitchen. The HOA pool and hot tub is a very short walk from the house and we used it a lot. The owners were very responsive to communications. We would definitely stay here again when we next visit Moab.

Highly recommend this beautiful townhome! Very clean, spacious & open layout. Quiet neighborhood with amazing views & stars at night. Close to downtown Moab. House had everything we needed. My in-laws cannot stop talking about how much they loved the house. We even enjoyed a swim in the pool. We got there earlier than anticipated & they allowed us to have an early check-in.

Wonderful spring break

We had a lovely time in this cozy condo. There could not have been a nicer place to use as a base to explore Moab and Arches and relax in the evening.

Perfect Family Location

We had a lovely first time in Moab. The location was convient to Moab and the state and National Parks in the area. It was so nice to have a home base where we could rest and relax after hiking and cook our own meals. We would definitely book the place again. Wonderful hosts that thought of everything.
