Amazing stay

Amazing stay at this property with my family (fiancé, mother, 16 month old daughter and I). Interior was perfect just as pictured and backyard was great for yard games and entertaining my young daughter. Excellent location close to ASU and many family friendly attractions. The hot tub was also a huge plus! I couldn't recommend this property enough and will certainly stay again when we come back to the area.Thanks again!

Cute place

We stayed for a week while working at ASU. The duplex was really clean, cutely decorated and comfortable. The hot tub was great and the game room fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Place for Couple or family

I chose this place due to location, and was really quiet, and had all the amenities, Hot tub was a nice touch, game room and tvs were a nice touch. Hosts were great

Perfect desert vibe weekend

We were in town for the ASU game and were looking for a comfortable stay with our 14 and 12 year old kids. This house was exactly as described and included and awesome game room that was a super hit w the kids. We were also very happy with the hot tub and fire pit. The outdoor games with a back yard with plenty of space to play. The house was also immaculate with super cute design style, comfy beds and fully stocked with all the plates, cups, pans, utensils, etc for an easy weekend getaway. Quiet neighborhood in a great location. Highly recommend this gem!

Very cute and comfortable house!

Really cute and comfortable property with thoughtful desert themed decorations. Nice backyard with hot tub and bbq - as well as a game room. Heather was consistently responsive and friendly. We had a great time and would definitely love to come back!

Convenient Clean VRBO

A cute updated, clean, comfortable & convenient pad to all of ASU. Enjoyed the recommended tourist sites provided by the welcome manual when we arrived. Door dash helped with our meals. Fry’s Market south on Rural Rd is the perfect store to stuck up at. Loved using the kitchen and back patio for breakfast, lunch and dinners. Old Town Scottsdale was also a nice 10-15 min drive for indoor/outdoor dining and quaint shops! Rollerbladed the ASU town lake trail that went for miles. Attended a hockey game at Mullet arena. Also took on Cambelback and South Mountain. We enjoyed the private backyard & hot tub. Felt like a piece of home. Hosts are friendly, welcoming & easy/quick to communicate. Can’t wait to be back for more adventures.

Nice property and looks just like the pictures!

The property is clean, location is good, very convenient to everything. The beds were rock hard but that could just be my family's preferences. The hot tub was nice and the outdoor space was fun.

Great stay for spring training

We have stayed in many rental home, so first and foremost I greatly appreciated all the “extra” that was provided such as dishwasher pod, washer pod/dryer sheet, paper towels, all that! No one wants to go to the grocery store to stock a home and we certainly didn’t need to! Location was great! Our main point of stay is to see spring training games- outside of Surprise, AZ stadium we were 15-20min from most stadiums and very easy drive. Home had plenty of space for our family. Kids had their own tv to hook up Xbox for evening play. Played lots of catch on the turf in backyard. Bedrooms are a little warm probably from lack of air flow as the living/kitchen was much cooler. Wasn’t a problem, just good to know. Neighborhood very quite. Home was clean, would recommend and rent again.

Cute Home with All You Need

Our stay was wonderful here. We enjoyed the hot tub, games, cute and clean house with everything we needed. If we ever return to AZ, we will for sure stay here again.

Look no further!

First of all, I am an Arizona resident for over 25 years and this was an amazing experience. The house is tidy, clean, tech friendly, the decor is cute, the amenities are as listed. The hosts are phenomenal! I decided to rent a place for myself and my long distance boyfriend because I am moving soon and well, moving is not clean! This location, price, and property alone took the cake. We arrived to a great smelling home, could eat off surfaces they were so clean, had plenty of pillows/blankets/space. I liked one blanket by the couch so much I am buying myself 2 in different colors for my new place. The beds were comfortable, shower was perfect, jacuzzi was AMAZING. Close shopping, food, convenience stores, attactions, and the airport was close. Heather and Jake checked in on us, made sure we made it in ok, made sure we made it through, and out ok. Not sure about you, but that is RARE. Usually hosts are silent after check in, or are hard to get ahold of. We asked to check in early due to being done 4 hours early and they were very gracious and let us. I fully expected a no based on prior hosts, but again, they took the cake. Stop looking and hit book. I promise you, you won't be disappointed!

A total desert oasis

This home was not only adorable in online photos but was even better in person. The amount of attention to detail was very eye catching. The home was extremely comfortable and had most everything you could need. The host was very attentive to any and all questions that we had. They even had a book with all the information on thr home, what was expected of guests and local places to go. We were entertained the entire time as they had so many amenities in the home. Id definitely book this property again, it was lovely and i wouldn't change a thing!

The house was perfect for it. Looks even better in person. We loved how convenient it was to everything. The owners were great and responded immediately when we had a question. Would stay there again the next time we are in the Phoenix area.

Enjoyed our week in this property - comfortable, nicely decorated, and private back yard with sun all day as well as shade and big hot tub. Good base for us to explore Phoenix and Scottsdale, very handY too for ASU.

Exceeded Expectations Tenfold

My girlfriend and I were incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to stay here on out getaway to Phoenix. The home is so clean and well organized. The detailed instructions and well thought out welcome package was so helpful and considerate. We loved the backyard, the beautiful decorations, the super fancy washer/dryer, the perfect shower and the completely setup kitchen. There’s so much more. The game room was so cool. The location is prime. The pricing is competitive. I don’t see why this wouldn’t be everyone’s first pick for a place to stay in Phoenix. We absolutely loved this VRBO. Couldn’t have been any better in my opinion. Thank you!

Cute and cozy space!

We absolutely loved this space! The entire place was very clean, including the hot tub. We spend time outside at the table listening to birds each evening. There are towel hooks outside by the hot tub, plenty of towels, and everything you need! The host is fast with replies and available to message during the entire stay. When we have another vacation to Arizona this is the first place we will look to book.
