The property was accurately described and photographed in the listing. The furnishings were excellent as well. Well stocked with the essentials needed for our stay, from bath towels to the cooking utensils, including pots, pans, etc. The only thing I would have liked to have had on premise would have been a griddle for making pancakes (which our family loves) a little easier. There was plenty of toys and chairs for beach use and the spacious garage allowed us to park a Silverado truck, minivan, and small SUV comfortably under cover. The owner promptly responded to our only request on check in day. We had no issues during our stay and I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy the Pensacola area.

Perfect for family vacation!

This is the second time we stayed here and won’t be the last! The condo was nice and clean and stocked with everything we needed.

Fantastic Home and Location

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The house had all the amenities we could ask for, and we especially appreciated the abundance of pool floats and chairs. Having the pool just steps from the house was a huge bonus. Would absolutely stay here again!

We totally enjoyed and will definitely stay there again. It’s 1st class place. Well kept, clean and updated!! Pool was very nice and clean. Walk to the beach was a littlelong but okay. Did not like one of the residents who had a large dog on a log rope tied to there lower deck. It seemed ready to bite anyone walking by. Scared my grandson who was 4 years old. Other that that it’s a great place.

Amazing Vacation!!

We stayed 4nights with our very good family friends and it was a vacation we will never forget!! With plenty of space for everyone in our group of ten, a full kitchen and a short walk to the beach we were able to rest and enjoy the company!! We will be back!!

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay this weekend. The condo was clean and had lots of extras from cookware, to beach supplies, and so much more. Communication with the property manager was easy, as was the entire check in process. I would stay here again

Lovely villa

Well-stocked for cooking. Balcony overlooking canal with lots of turtle and ducks which our 17-month-old granddaughter loved.

We had such a wonderful time — your place was absolutely amazing! I was especially impressed by all the thoughtful amenities. You’ve truly gone above and beyond, and it made our beach getaway feel extra special. Nice condo

We appreciated all the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons etc. The home was spacious and we had about every kitchen appliance or tool that we needed.

Perfect week!

From check in to check out - it was wonderful! Very close to the beach, lovely pool. All the beach supplies you will need or can think of. Everything was perfect! We had 14 all together and it fit us perfectly. Cheryl was wonderful and responsive! We try to stay different areas of Florida each time we come and this is one of our favorites and plan on returning!

Pensacola Perfect

Beach was A+ and a very short walk as listed. Place was spotless and appeared to be one of the neweri buildings. Host was efficient and easy to reach. Slept our twelve easily on very comfortable beds. We will certainly return.
