Every detail at Sea Haven has been thoughtfully curated to make your stay simple, beautiful, and connected. You’ve done enough—now it’s your turn to relax, recharge, and create the kind of memories your family will talk about for years.


A maximum of 6 cars is allowed (2 parked in garage and a max of 4 in driveway). Per HOA regulations, there is no street parking, boats, RV’s and trailers are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.

For the protection of the guests and property there are 2 security cameras on the property in the following locations.

1. Outside at the front door pointing towards the front door - This camera shows all people who come up the stairs and enter the home through the front door.
2. Outside at the back door pointing at the stairs - This camera shows all people who come up the stairs and enter the home through the back door.

These security cameras record both video and audio day and night. They have no on/off switch. In addition, in an effort to be a good neighbor, there is a noise monitoring system that tracks db and will alert us if noise is too loud. It only monitors noise level and does not record conversations.


For your privacy there are no cameras or recording devices within the interior of the home. None of the exterior cameras can see into any of the windows of the home or neighbor's homes.

PET POLICY
We kindly ask that you leave your furry friends home for the protection of guests who have allergies.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

This property is strictly non-smoking and smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside and outside on the decks and landings. This includes, but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, e-cigarettes and drugs - including marijuana. WE STRICTLY ENFORCE THIS POLICY. IF YOU SMOKE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGES.

PLEASE NOTE - Minimum age to rent is 25 (HOA Regulations). Reservations are not fully confirmed until the booking guest accepts and signs the rental agreement and a photo id is uploaded. Thank you for your cooperation!

We process a Security Deposit hold on your credit card 2 days prior to your stay through our booking software and release it no later than 3 days after your stay.
