Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that parts of your experience fell short of expectations and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The grill situation is especially enlightening. While we ask guests to clean the grill after use, the previous guest replaced the cover, which led our team to believe it had been properly cleaned. Your report has prompted a change — we will now remove the cover and fully inspect the grill before each arrival. This is a brand-new amenity, and we’re actively adjusting our oversight to manage it better. We also regret the roach sighting and the condition of the patio area. While the home is on a regular pest control schedule and outdoor furniture is thoroughly cleaned between guests, we understand how frustrating it can be when outdoor elements like birds interfere with your stay. We’re reinforcing our inspection protocols and have already reported the grounds and trash concerns to the homeowner’s association for resolution. It’s important to note that we were not contacted during your stay. As a locally owned and operated company, we pride ourselves on being responsive and hands-on — and we would have sent a team out immediately to address any concerns had we been made aware. We also want to assure you that we uphold exceptional cleaning standards across all of our properties and consistently maintain one of the highest guest satisfaction ratings in the area. We take great pride in our reputation and are committed to continuous improvement. Lastly, the home is stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including two kitchen trash bags and twelve bathroom can liners. We're sorry if this was missed or not communicated clearly. Thank you again for taking the time to share this feedback. It’s helping us strengthen our operations, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future.
