Beautifull Hollywood beach

Overall, everything was perfect!!!. A small table on the balcony would have been appreciated. The washing and drying machines card fees should be included in the renting price.

Great for those who are looking for a quiet stay

Overall stay was nice, has everything you needed for the beach such a chair’s, umbrella.. etc. Check-in was a little hectic and wish additional fee’s were told in the beginning rather than day’s before. $100 parking, $20 refundable parking pass… $30 for key fob. You can’t actually park until you buy the parking pass.I feel like the fee’s should be stated in the stay details. There was a noise monitor which was kind of weird, we received a call that there was possibly too much loud noise but it was just the sound coming from the tv.

Beautiful property as described. Clean. Check in process could have been clearer. Received detailed instructions but no check in code. Had to contact manager. Only 2 wash cloths were provided, 0 dish cloths for a 5 night stay.

Nickel and Dime

The condo was clean and one the beach. I pulled in and paid $100 to park on property. I then had to give my drivers license to use a luggage cart. I was then locked out of the doors because I did not have a fob. I was locked out of the door to the elevator because I did not have a fob. I could not use the elevator because I did not have a fob. I checked in after 5:00 p.m. so I could not get a fob until the next morning. No one told me this. I was contacted all day as we drove in my text about checking in. I called the contact telephone number 1 hour before arrival and was told someone would meet me there. No one met me to check into the property I was just given a code to the door. The next morning I went down to the main office to get the fob, I had to pay $30 non refundable to get the fob. I then was asked for $20 cash to get the parking tag that was refundable as we checked out. I already paid $100 to park. We then had to wear red bracelets to be on the property (pool I guess). We had to use the fob to walk down to the beach and back up and to all of the doors and elevator. We have 4 people and only bought one fob. When someone would move about the property the rest of us were stuck waiting till they came back to move about. My teenage boys wanted to play ping pong and pool. We were told they were ping used but come back with my license to get ping pong paddles and pool sticks for the common room. We cam back an hour later and were told they could not play after 8:00 p.m.

Séjour en famille

We loved the place. Really clean, next to beach, pool, friendly people. Next to a walmart by walk to get grocery for cooking in the condo. We enjoyed the beach stuff that were accessible to us (chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys). We hight recommand to book if you travel wirh a young family.

Very nice and comfortable will come again

This is a great condo, in great shape, pools are great. The only negative issue is the pool chairs and they have signs about if your towel reserving a chair has not been touched in 30 minutes it will be cleared for another visitor is not enforced, so need for chairs. The last day if your flight is later they advise you can enjoy pool but there is nowhere to check baggage, fortunately I had a small enough bag to hide under my chair. All in all great vacation.

Love the Tides 🙂

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was as described with the exception of (5) missing slats in the vertical blinds in the living room and the sliding door to the patio would not open without great effort because the track was off. I contacted the property manager and was told she would have someone fix the blinds immediately since this was a privacy matter (my son was sleeping in that area). 5 days later, she came and fixed the blinds herself with help from myself and my son. She told me the person to fix the sliding door was to come the next day. We went thru the remainder of our 12 day stay and was never contacted by anyone again and the door remains untouched. We have stayed at the Tides many times before and will again, just not in this specific condo. There are other property management options available (we have dealt with MANY over the years of traveling) and I feel this condo would benefit greatly from a management company different from the one they currently have.

Just ok

Nice location and on the beach. The property overall and the condo are in disrepair. Could barely open the patio door to the balcony. Trim in the bathroom and kitchen were not super clean. For the money it’s an ok spot. Next time I would spend a little more to get something that is maintained better. Owners responded quickly but the condo itself is just super dated. Only three pillows in the unit.
