The house was so close to everything! My biggest complaint is the kitchen was very under stocked. Only 1 glass and 3 coffee cups. No aluminum foil or press n seal, cookie sheets, coffee, kitchen wash clothes. Only 1 dish towel and only 2 rolls of TP. We went to target & bought supplies I messaged the owner 2 times, no response. But a great location

If I could give 0 stars I would. This house was DIRTY, the kitchen was lacking basic cooking supplies (ie 2 coffee mugs and 1 glass total), very bare bones interns of furniture. Many broken and missing items. House manger did her best to make things right. Owner was unapologetic.

Was fine. One of the least expensive stays we could have had. Not sure why Abilene was so expensive at this time. Could not get ahold of the property manager ever and tried twice. Floor in living room was sticky. Some rooms were not fully vacuumed. Beds were fine as far as cleanliness but matresses were not firm which is just a personal preference.

Pulled up to cleaning service sitting in front doorway smoking. It was 3:15, so I asked if house was ready since check in is at 3:00. They said yes. They walked right past the beer cans in the front yard- leaving them there. The house smelled of body odor, smoke and fried food. The floors were sticky, the carpets were not vacuumed and stained. The kitchen sink was filthy. The Keurig was so disgusting we went to Walmart to buy a coffee pot. There were no paper towels provided. They provide one drinking glass, no coffee cups, there were 3 forks and a spoon. This is the worst stocked house we’ve ever rented. There was a dirty towel hanging over door. The master bath toilet did not work, so I messaged host. Still have not heard back. My husband used the bathroom trash bin to fill the toilet tank with water so we could flush. The toilet did work after he filled the tank, but the insides are severely corroded. The other restroom had feces on the bidet. I think with a little TLC, kitchen stocking, and new cleaning crew it could be a nice place. The beds were clean and comfortable, although comforter had stains. The sheets looked clean otherwise we would have left. I did not see any evidence of bedbugs. We rent through rental agencies 5-6 times a year, and this has been the most disappointing experience to date. Oh, yeah, there was not a regular coffee pot, but there were toe nail clippers on coffee filters in a kitchen drawer.

Bed Dirty

The master bed was dirty.... had 2 long black hairs. The door to the garage would not lock and there needed to be better instructions on turning the AC on. The heater was on when we arrived and it was 76 degrees outside.

Nice House

The house is nice and clean, though not spotless. The towels are old, and the kitchen is not fully equipped (no cups or towels). Overall, for the price, it’s a great stay.

No communication

I reached out several times to owner over a few months and got only one response. They said we would have access to Garage and it was locked up. Very little dishes and not many pots and pans to use. Carpets didn’t look vacuumed.

It worked

It’s a nice house to stay in if you are visiting kids in college in the area. It really needs new carpet. Also, it wasn’t cleaned well. Easy check in and out. I loved that there was an alarm on the house we got there late and left early.Little TLC it could be great.

Incredibly unclean

The floors had not been vacuumed and were covered in debris. Every item in the kitchen was dirty and had to be washed. The kitchen has very limited items. It is basically empty. I would not recommend this place. Location was great and house layout is good, but not worth it for cleanliness and what’s available in the house.

Great Vacation Home

The home was clean, nicely stocked and looked exactly like the picture. Great for visiting the campus. If my son decides to go here. This will be where our family stays when we visit.

Vacay

The house is beautiful and a quiet neighborhood. The beds are all comfy. Not much hot water, ceiling fans very dirty, trash in the back yard, cabinets very dusty. Just needed to be a bit cleaner. And there isn’t much as far as things you need for everyday living.

Great Place

The property is close to resturants and shopping. There are a couple of small repairs that need to be made. But it's a nice comfortable house.

Abilene Stay

House was not cleaned and ready for us when we checked in after 3:00pm. Had to contact owner to have it cleaned. Was not able to check back in until after 5.00 after the house had been cleaned. Other than that everything else was fine.

Thanksgiving get away

Clean and comfy, perfect location for us
 only bad part was could not adjust temp in house,and only two burners worked on stove so making a meal was hard and only had one rack in oven
