We fell in love with this historic district the moment we laid eyes on it. Itâs peaceful and full of charm, with tree-lined streets and friendly neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everythingâjust minutes from Baylor, Magnolia, and the best of Wacoâs downtown scene.
