Refresh and unwind in this uniquely styled, spacious apartment. Complete with fast wifi, kitchen knick knacks, bedroom linens, and bathroom essentials. Get your laundry done in the privacy of your apartment with in-unit washer and dryer. Relax knowing that this property has hassle-free parking on premise and located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We have a strict no-smoking policy. Located on the third floor (must climb stairs) you will use your personalized code to get into the building and that same code will be your code for your unit. This changes after every guest.

When you enter, you will walk into the open Kitchen, living and dining. The washer and dryer are labeled and easy to find (the space is a little tight in there, but you will still be able to do laundry).

Property Owner was very accommodating

A friend & I came 2 hours out of town for a concert in the area. Before arriving, we were told that our room was changed from the top floor of the building to the bottom. We chose this listing to be on the top floor & feel safe. When we arrived there was confusion of what unit was ours to stay in & once we found our unit, other tenets across the hall were loud & smoking. After all the confusion of what unit was ours & the neighbors making us feel very uneasy & being on the bottom floor rather than the top, we honestly wanted to just driving home after our concert. It took about an hour to finally get something settled with the owner which he was very accommodating. We wanted to feel safe & he did a great job on finding us somewhere else to stay. He met us at another property of his that felt very safe & welcoming. The confusion & hecticness before our concert was not something we wanted to deal with before a girls night out as it made us late to the concert. Matthew & his business partner Manny did a good job accommodating us in a timely manner, but this was definitely not something we expected to happen that night. Both of his properties were nice & clean, & was very easy to work with. Just hope for none of this to happen to someone else.
