Creekside Cottage Àr en mysig bergsstuga som Àr kÀnd för sin avkopplande atmosfÀr och erbjuder en bekvÀm bergsvÀg. VÄr familjes bergsstuga ligger i ett mycket lugnt bergsomrÄde nÀra alla sevÀrdheter i omrÄdet, downtown Blowing Rock och Boone. En aktiv ström gÄr lÀngs bakdÀcket, under badtunnan och runt egendom som ger en vilsam upplevelse för sinnet och sjÀlen.

Blick upp pÄ de ljusa stjÀrnorna medan du blötlÀgger i en bubbelpool pÄ dÀcket precis utanför bakdörren eller kramar bredvid eldstaden efter en lÄng dag pÄ de mÄnga vandringsleder som slingrar sig genom Blue Ridge Mountains. En kort vandring frÄn stugan, genom skogen, leder till Mountain-to-Sea Trail. Huddle runt ett lÀgereld i eldstaden och njut av rostning marshmallows och s'mores.

NÀrliggande skidbackar Àr Appalachian Ski Mountain (4 miles), Sugar Mountain (22 miles) och Beech Mountain (28 miles). Alla har snöslangar pÄ Hawks Nest (19 miles).

Shopping och gourmetmat i Village of Blowing Rock ligger en kort fem minuters bilresa. Ytterligare shopping och restauranger finns i Boone, bara tio minuter frÄn din ytterdörr. Skidorter och golfbanor Àr bara 3 miles frÄn Creekside Cottage.

Very cute cabin that made our stay great. The cabin was very cozy and we really enjoyed the hot tub on the cool evenings. Very easy check in and the host was very responsive.

Place was as expected. Hot tub wasn't working and owner responed a couple hours later. We had already figured it out. Would stay again. My dog met the neighbors white dog and had fun rough housing for a time.

Nice quiet escape.

Enjoyed this cozy cabin so convenient to both Blowing Rock and Boone. Hot tub was so nice to relax in after long days of hiking and exploring.

Great Location for Skiing Appalachian

Had a lovely weekend within driving distance of Appalachian Ski Mountain. Open floor plan, with a nice hot tub, fire pit and creek in the backyard.

Great Stay at a Lovely Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the cabin. Very cozy and spacious with nice facilities. Joe was excellent in communicating the check-in details and very quick to respond to a couple of queries we had. Overall a very good experience - highly recommended.

Good stay, but hot tub and bed could be upgraded

Great location and close to Boone and Blowing Rock. Main bed was very uncomfortable due to sinking in middle, and couldn’t enjoy the hot tub due to strong chlorine.

Recommend time away

We really enjoyed our stay it was perfect. The only thing I would add is better angled curtains to help with the evening sunshine. And that is no complaint I will rebook this property and recommend to friends very beautiful.

This was our third stay in the cabin. Our kids count down the days every year until we get to go. It’s peaceful, cozy, clean, and the perfect size for our family of 4. The hot tub off the back deck is perfect. The creek is right outside one of the bedroom windows and is so wonderful to fall asleep to. It’s so close to Boone and Blowing Rock- the perfect location! Joe goes above and beyond as a proper manger- he’s friendly, kind, quick to respond, and always makes our family feel welcome. Already booking for next year!

Second time staying here

We’re a family of 3 plus our dog. This is the perfect size cabin for us. Super cozy, great fireplace. Excellent location for both boone and blowing rock and the parkway. The bed in the loft has become a bit uncomfortable, but bring your own pillow and you’ll be fine. We will be back.

Squeaky clean and cozy cabin

After months of chemo my husband and I were finally able to escape to the mountains for a weekend. To my delight, this cabin was Super Squeaky Clean - not a speck of dust anywhere, which is a big thing when a person is immunocompromised. Add in the little creek that winds through the back yard and the huge rhododendron bushes and a comfy bed in a dark room which is perfect for sleeping in... it was paradise!!! Thank you.

Relaxing getaway

The cabin was perfect for what we needed, which was a short 3 day getaway from the hustle and bustle. We drove from Raleigh in just 3 hours, and found the cabin to be just as described, the property owner pleasant and responsive, and the atmosphere perfectly peaceful. The location is super convenient to the parkway, Blowing Rock, and numerous activities. With a fire pit, hot tub, and mountain stream, what more could we ask for? Will definitely be back this summer with the kids! Many thanks to Mr. Joe for a wonderful experience!!

Relaxing cabin

We booked the cabin which is convenient to towns of Blowing Rock and Boone. Cabin was just as advertised and very comfortable. We felt at home and relaxed. Cabin is easy to find and minutes away from several sites in Blowing Rock. Neighbor has some friendly dogs not on leash so be careful if you bring your pet. Our dog doesn’t get along with other dogs so he wasn’t happy to see the next door guests. We will most likely return to this cabin.

This is a great little cabin. It was cozy but had great amenities. The hot tub was nice on a crisp Fall night. Beds were comfortable. It was nice having the 1.5 bathrooms. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer as we were able to dry our bathing suites. They also had games which was nice. We played games one night when it was way too windy to go into the hot tub. It's super close to both Boone and Blowing Rock. Very convenient. The road to the cabin and the driveway are very steep inclines, so, if you're going in the winter and there's the possibility of snow it might be hard without 4 wheel drive. It didn't snow during our trip so I didn't have any issues but thought it would be helpful to know.There are other houses around you, but honestly, it felt very secluded and private. It was an absolutely beautiful property and very affordable compared to other rentals or hotels. I will stay again.

Cabin was nice and centered in a good location. The only thing the owner needs to do is open up the driveway a bit since its closing in at the entrance and maybe place a reflector marking it.

Joe and Sheila live in the small mountain town of Blowing Rock, NC. We enjoy hiking, traveling and being with family/friends. Our mountain home provides a nice change of scenery and climate, as well as a place to decompress from work.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

While attending Appalachian State University, we fell in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Our family enjoys the many hiking, rafting, skiing and sightseeing opportunities. The cabin's setting is perfectly situated between Boone and Blowing Rock, providing easy access to many of the area's attractions. Access to the Mountains to Sea Trail is a couple minute's walk away, and the Blue Ridge Parkway is within half of a mile from the front door.
