Jade Bay är ett vackert nytt område på den spektakulära Riviera Maya söder om Playa del Carmen. Viken bildar en vit koralsand, en halvmåne strand som liknar Akumal Bay, en enkel promenad bort. Villa Margarita är en av få villor på Jade Bay. Integriteten och säkerheten är utmärkt, men många shopping, restauranger, snorkling och rekreation ligger bara några minuter bort.

Villa Margarita erbjuder över 3 000 kvadratmeter lyxigt boende som rymmer upp till 10 gäster. Denna vackra villa erbjuder också full städservice och en markvakt 6 dagar i veckan. Kontinental frukost serveras dagligen, utom helger. Det finns fyra stora luftkonditionerade sovrum, tre på övervåningen och ett ner, alla med sitt eget unikt dekorerade badrum och uteplats med havsutsikt. De enskilda däcken är öppna för privata havsutsikter och lyxiga havbris. Det blir ingen myntkastning för det bästa sovrummet i Villa Margarita, varje sovrum är ett sovrum!

Tre av sovrummen har fasta king size-sängar och ett har en kung som kan delas upp i två tvillingar; ett arrangemang för alla grupper. På andra våningen finns också ett luftkonditionerat och fullt utrustat satellit-TV-rum med videobandspelare och DVD-spelare, 2 futon-bäddsoffor, delat badrum och egen privat uteplats med utsikt över djungeln och byn Akumal.

Vardagsrummet och matsalen vetter mot havet på första våningen där en vägg med skjutbara altandörrar inbjuder dig att njuta av den uppfriskande poolen bara 3 steg bort såväl som Karibien surfar strax bortom. Bakom, när du vetter mot havet, är en sit-up bar ansluten till köket via en öppen valv. Två steg lyfter dig till foajén, plaskad i naturligt ljus som smälter in från kupolen ovan. Du tittar upp genom den ovala öppningen i taket, genom andra våningen med dess järnräcke, till taket på andra våningen där en hög, kupol med tegel kupol spillar naturligt ljus hela tiden! Det finns takfläktar överallt.

Utanför foajén går du in i det moderna och fullt utrustade köket med en vidsträckt utsikt över baren till matsalen och bortom poolen och havet - ett perfekt ställe att förbereda en måltid eller de Margaritas för Happy Hour runt poolen. Om du föredrar avslappnad utomhusmatlagning, vill du använda propaneldad grill och utomhuskök och våt bar som ligger bredvid främre ingången. Utanför foajén och nära trappan hittar du det halva bad- / pulverrummet samt ingången till sovrummet på bottenvåningen. Möblerna är mexikanska med lysande karibiska stiltyger. Från vardagsrummet och matsalen går du till en täckt uteplats som gränsar till den uppfriskande poolen med säkra djup för barn och vuxna.

Föreställ dig att du svänger dig i en hängmatta under palapa vid stranden eller kopplar av i en lounge vid poolen, tittar ut mot det turkosa havet, njuter av den milda brisen och rosen av kokospalmer. Kryssa i bukten i villaens havskajaker. Prova en guidad fisketur, snorkletur eller dykning för en spännande dag. Himlen kan vara en kopia av detta!

Om du föredrar en ännu högre abborre för eftermiddagssol, kvällscoctailar eller stjärna som tittar på natten, ta spiraltrappa till panoramataket för en fantastisk utsikt över det omgivande havet och djungeln. Du kan till och med sova under stjärnorna!

Just Great

The care takers Yesenia & Elias took great care of the property. Yesenia does a full clean everyday & Elias takes great care of the pool and grounds. Great to have clean towels.The property is just as described & great for my family of 8 with 4 month baby (maybe just need new portable crib).Beach was beautiful to walk every day!The only negative was not having access to washer & drier. I missed this when I booked and with small baby would have been very helpful, but this was on me and not the property. You can have Yesenia do you laundry for a small cost.Would stay again if we come back to area.

Simply perfect

Wow. Simply wow. We enjoyed our time at the villa for the week. The home is beyond what we imagined and everything was perfect. Daily breakfast was made by Yesenia she then would clean the home from top to bottom regardless of us using primary the lower level of the home. The yard and pool also well cared for. Such pride is taken every day in the care and upkeep of not only the guest but the home. We were treated to a dinner prepared by Elias in the Villa. It was delicious and also had Flan for dessert. We hope to make this our new anniversary spot! Hope to stay again soon. Billie and Scott Quiring

60th anniversary celebration

Hubby and I along with our 2 daughters and son-in-law as well as 3 grandkids loved the house including amazing pool. The staff was beyond great. The location between Akumal and Tulum made for super activities beaches and restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Margarita. The home was clean and well appointed. The pool, yard and beach areas were in great condition. There was plenty of room for all of our guests. Yesenia made a delicious breakfast every morning (except Sunday) and kept the home clean. This made the Vrbo experience feel more like a hotel stay than renting a home you had to keep clean on your own. The only issues we had included a safe that was not functioning throughout our stay, a portable speaker we had outside that went missing, and a leaking ac unit in one of the bedrooms.

Amazing, Relaxing, Everything at your fingertips

First of all this is the most well stocked house we've ever stayed at, from wine glasses to cookwear and everything in-between, the house had it. The staff was phenomenal, Jessie our daily maid was outstanding and efficient. Don't make the bed because she will just take it apart and make it again. Uziel the gardener was very helpful and attentive to the grounds, he even helped us retrieve a few coconuts to make drinks with. Jessie's parents cooked us two meals (sorry forgot their names) that were simple but perfect and more than we could eat. The property was breathtaking, the beach was beautiful and the location could not be beat. Jungle Fish bar and grille next door made for a couple of simple nights out with some great food and lighthearted fun without the fuss of driving. The house was perfect for relaxing and had plenty of space for anyone that wanted a quiet moment. The rooftop made for some great nights watching the stars.

Peaceful area, many nice outdoor spaces to relax, dine, etc,, well lit at night and felt safe with rhe security guard. Inside, the villa was quite charming with many unique decorations and wall art. Great beachfront location, close to restaurants, staff was excellent, everyone at the management company was very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely consider returning and/or renting another property from them.

Reviewer Comments: After extensive research we chose Villa Margarita for a group of 9 adults celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday and it exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved the house and it was so clean! Maria at Akumal Properties was amazing to work with. Daily maid service, groundkeeping/pool and security guard ensured all of our needs were met. At the recommendation of Maria, we hired Chef Emilio to cook for us and that was the best decision we made! Incredible!The only downside is that the entrance to the ocean is really rocky and there was a lot of seaweed when we were there in April. Definitely bring water shoes if you want to brave it. Nevertheless, the pool and shaded yard area provided plenty of outdoor entertainment.It is walkable to town, just 10 mins our one minded the stroll, although check on the status of being charged $5 to re-enter the beach area to return home if you plan to explore the village (this was just unfolding, and controversial when we were there.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would definitely go back to this property. It was well located walking distance from the main beach and lives up to its description. Much less activity in Akumal, but easy drives to Tulum and Playa del Carmen. The staff, both at the villa and in the management office were very helpful and accommodating. The backyard was perfect for our needs with easy beach access, lots of seating and a lovely pool. The ocean behind the villa was not the best for snorkeling, but just a short walk either direction and there were more sheltered areas. I believe the sea was a little rougher than normal during our visit, but that did not pose a problem at all. the only issue was that the main beach has recently implemented a $5USD fee. Since we were already on the beach, this was only an issue if we wanted to walk into town from the villa, we were asked to pay to get back onto the beach. I understand this to be fairly new and I am sure they will work something out for future guests. In any event, I would highly recommend and likely return.

The cliff notes version would be wonderful accommodations, amazing food prepared by Irene, beautiful people (Elias, Irene, Uziel, Miguel, Tomas), great views, within walking distance to local beach bar, grocery store, dive shop, gift shops, short collective drive to cenotes, Tulum for the most amazing seafood at Camelo's, away from it all, Turtles, turtles, turtles, massage at the Villa by Misael, and I haven't even touched the surface. This was my favorite vacation of all times (and that's saying a lot). I can't recommend this villa and it's staff enough. But please don't have it booked the next time I want to go! Love and miss everyone there.

We loved the pool and it was right on the beach. We had just a family of 4 most of the trip and extended family joined us on the weekend. We had a lot of room and the kitchen is very big. Sleeping rooms have ac so cool for sleeping. Location of the house was a close drive to stores and restaurants. The beach was beautiful, water shoes are a must to get out and snorkel. The house and property were clean and well maintained. Our customer service was top notch, every question was answered promptly (in fact we experienced a tire blowout and they helped get us a replacement!) We would highly recommend Villa Margarita! During the stay, we ate in Tulum at Metao's and down in Akumal the beach. The dinner we enjoyed at the Villa was the highlight! The food was outstanding!!

Great stay in a great place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we visit Villa Margarita. We fell in love last year with it and decided to repeat the story. The house is very comfortable and is able to accomodate a party of 10 without problems (in our case it was 10 of us plus 2 babies). Everything is very clean and very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom. House staff is very helpful and friendly. Ths house has 24 hour security, during the day the handyman looks after the house and at nigh there is a security guard hired by the owners. Although the area is very safe this "detail" provided us with great comfort. The house sits by a very beautiful unspoiled beach. The reef meets the sand and is very easy to watch sea life a few steps from the door. This characteristc though makes swimming a little difficult (specially for children) since there is no clean-of-coral acces to the sea. Nontheless, just half a mile walk to Akumal beach sorts out this problem All in all a great place that we highly recomend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic family vacation here with 2 grandparents, 2 couples and 3 kids age 3-5. The adults loved the view, clean house. delicious meals from the staff, coconuts fresh from the tree, and wandering the beach. The kids loved the pool (shallow in 1 end), space to run, kick a soccer ball, or play in the sand, all without leaving the premises. The beach is a little tricky as it's really rough "Iron Shore" when you enter the water in front of the house. It was fine for playing in the sand next to the water, but when we wanted to swim or snorkel we would walk 5 minutes south to a sandy entry, or 15 min north to Akumal Bay. Either place had great swimming and snorkeling. We felt very safe and enjoyed how quiet the area was. Any minor issues were addressed immediately, and recommendations from the property manager for spas, masseuse, and food were fantastic. We wouldn't hesitate to rent here again. Overall - Loved it.

We only ran before going to bed and then at maybe 24 or 25. They were also noisy. Otherwise, very nice and worked great.
