This is a terrific "Home Away From Home" for remote work or as a base for visiting So. Cal.
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is a charming house that we're sure you'll enjoy staying in. More than a sterile hotel room, it's a well appointed home to live in.
It's location in Old Town Torrance is convenient to LAX, South Bay businesses, beaches, shopping and sporting venues. There is ample free parking in front of the house and it's centrally located near the 110, 405 and 91 freeways.
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is a charming house that we're sure you'll enjoy staying in. More than a sterile hotel room, it's a well appointed home to live in.

We are Steve Butterfield and Linda Braue and we welcome you to our home in Torrance, CA. Itâs an easy walk to Old Town where youâll find us enjoying a great meal at one of the many restaurants located here or walking to Wilson Park on a Tuesday or Saturday morning for the fabulous Farmerâs Market.
We both love to be outdoors and Torrance is close to some of the best beaches in southern California, as well as amazing hikes in neighborhoods or mountains close by.
We relish sports and take advantage of all that southern California offers with football, soccer, basketball and baseball all within close distance to us. And you will also find us at some of the best museums in the world or taking delight in a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. We grab a bus from Wilson Park for the trip to the Hollywood Bowl, so we donât have to worry about driving or parking.
We welcome you to take advantage of all that Torrance has to offer and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

This space is a perfect choice and we're confident you will enjoy our home and its central location.
Our house is a 5 minute walk from downtown Old Town Torrance. It is a quiet neighborhood, with shady streets and lots of free on-street parking in front of the house.
Our 1400 sqft home has a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and 3 bedrooms.
You'll be able to relax in the living room watching the 46" smart TV.
The master bedroom has a king bed, its own smart TV and a private full bath. The other 2 bedrooms share a full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and its own smart TV.
There is a double bed and a dedicated workspace with a color laser printer in the 3rd bedroom.
The dining/living room and each of the 3 bedrooms have their own 'mini-split' AC/heating units. This allows each room to set an individually comfortable temperature.
We have very high speed internet and WiFi throughout the house.
A free washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay.
We are within walking distance to Old Town Torrance where you'll find fabulous restaurants and small businesses to suit your needs. Torrance is ranked among the Safest Cities in the US and you'll find your stay to be quiet and peaceful. It's close to local attractions and some of the best beaches in southern Cal.
