Just steps from the Windansea Beach, this beach home has everything you need. Located in the heart of La Jolla you can take a stroll to restaurants and the village of La Jolla or enjoy walking along the shoreline.
Enter this charming 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 1,880 sq. ft. 2-story home and find yourself in a fantastic living room with vaulted ceilings (a fireplace for décor only), and lots of comfortable seating. This room opens up to a patio plenty large enough for lounging, sunning, or dining. A modern kitchen has all the amenities you need to create meals and snacks for your family. A kitchen bar with 2-high top stools is right next to a dining area that seats 6.
An enclosed front patio offers the ease of a barbecue and dining al fresco for 8 as you watch the evening sky turn to night. A back yard lawn with a private patio and comfortable seating â creating two ideal outside areas for those who wish to spend more time inside than out.
The king primary suite feels like a large, spacious airy loft with its vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, a flat screen TV, and an en suite bath that features 2 vanity sinks, a large soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower.
There is a twin bunk bed bedroom on the 2nd floor with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has its own private patio. The floor plan lends itself to easy living and entertaining. There are French doors, hardwood floors, and decking. Bliss!
There is a queen guest bedroom on this ground level with a large flat screen TV, and an en suite bath with a shower tub combination, and access to the outside patio. This bedroom makes things easier if any of your guests cannot easily navigate stairs.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 7. There is an additional half-bath on the first floor.
