This property is centrally located in Florida so you can get pretty much anywhere awesome in an hour-ish. Walt Disney World, Epcot, Wild Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios as well as all of the other theme parks in Kissimmee and Orlando are less than an hour away, the now famous World Equestrian Center in Ocala is 40 minutes away. Ocala hosts HITS (Horse Shows in The Sun) winter circuit and is With more than 1200 horse farms, Ocala is Thoroughbred Capital of the World with a thriving equestrian community and horse farms where several greats like Needles, Affirmed, Rugged Lark, Simplification and American Pharoah were either born, bred, or trained. You are less than 3 minutes from The Villages, the world's largest growing retirement community as well as all of the restaurants and amenities offered there like golf, free fishing ponds, nightlife, entertainment, restaurants and shopping galore. Being smack dab in the center of Florida you also have your choice of which coast you would like to visit. Feeling Gulf or Atlantic? You are right in the middle so you can take a day trip to the world famous New Smyrna Beach on the Atlantic coast and travel a bit south to Daytona Beach one day and head to the Gulf of Mexico to swim with the manatees in Crystal River in less than an hour the next day. Florida is also home to Clearwater and St. Pete Beach, (St. Pete Beach was named Tripadvisor's No. 1 Beach in the U.S. in 2021 and #5 in the world and nearby Clearwater Beach also earned accolades as the No. 1 beach in the U.S. in 2019, 2018 and 2016). Both incredible beaches are an easy day trip less than 2 hours away.

Feel free to download your own as well! This house has been completely renovated, has plenty of parking and a huge fully fenced backyard with mature magnolias, palms, oaks and newly planted Emperor Jasmine with an entry trellis, new Tropicals like hibiscus and plumeria. Wifi is super fast and every bedroom has a Samsung SmartTV and remote controlled ceiling fan. Central Air and Heat with Honeywell Smart thermostat. For safety the house is also equipped with both fire alarms/smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide detectors. This house has it all! Please note that electricity and gas in this part of Florida have risen 8 times so far this year. We ask that guests please be conservative as the house is very insulated and upgraded with dual pane windows and energy efficient appliances.
