Amazing Home!Great Location!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Be Our Guest and the name was an appropriate name for this beautiful home! You absolutely feel like a first class guest! The home is as pictured. Everything you could need for your family and more! The rooms are amazing! The beds were very comfortable! The air conditioning is excellent very cool and comfortable both upstairs and downstairs! The heated pool was a great bonus as most vacation homes charge you for that benefit. Patricia is a wonderful host! Always available right away! I highly recommend this home for your vacation stay!

Just ok

The pool area is just ok. The game room was ok. It List a movie theater but it’s not a movie theater it’s a tv on the wall. Can’t run the ac cool for the house? Internet was trash trash trash. Water pressure ok. Theme is sub par. Over all I would say this is just ok which is disappointing when you pay so much for a house. Also asked for a late check out and owner wanted 100 per hour to stay.

Wonderful Family Vacation for 13!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home! It had plenty of space for our entire family, with thoughtful details throughout. The pool and patio area were wonderful, and we spent a lot of time enjoying them. The proximity to Disney was incredibly convenient. Our grandkids and kids absolutely loved the game room and the Xboxes. The character-themed rooms were a big hit, providing fun for both the little kids and the grown adult children. The home was immaculate, and the host was incredibly responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend this place for a family vacation!

Best vacation house and worth ever penny

Not only is the home aesthetically pleasing, it’s spacious, beautiful, and gives you a very homey comfortable feeling. This home is perfect for families with children. Everything was as described on the website, but the actual home exceeded my expectations by far. The pool and the spa were amazing and my children loved to get in the pool. We loved how every room had its own theme and the game room was spectacular. Overall, I’d say this was a 10 star stay. Patricia was very responsive with any issues or problems we had and she worked hard to make sure that me and my family’s stay at her home was the best experience ever. Unfortunately, we had some horrible neighbors who liked to party all night and be very very very loud. However, Patricia took care of it and made sure that security and the sheriffs office were aware of what was going on at the neighbors home. It was very nice to have a property manager who was so concerned about me , my husband, and my children’s well-being. I would definitely stay here again. My children did not even want to leave today. The home is also really close to Disney. It was about a 20 minute drive. Thank you, Patricia for being such a great hostess and for and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Cozy, Convenient, and Top-Notch Hospitality

We recently stayed at Themed Villas, and it was an exceptional experience. The property matched the listing description perfectly, with clean, well-maintained facilities and all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and dining. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

Family vacation

This house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. The outside area by the pool was very spacious and beautiful.

This property is Amazing. The themeing done in everyroom is top noche and my family still is talking about how amazed they were. ME an my family came down to the area to do the theme parks for 5 days, come to find out we would have rather stayed in the home for 5 days and enjoyed all the amenities. The gameroom was fanstatic took me and my parents back to the days you enjoyed family times at the arcade. The owner Patricia is fantastic to work she is easialy able to get a hold of and you can tell she really cares about giving the best exsperience for her tenants. We enjoyed the house so much we rented for an extra day which Patricia accomidated and we are already looking into renting her place out again for our Sept trip back to the parks. I would defantly advise you to book with Patricia at eithier one of her properties. We come to Orlando twice a year for my wifes and my birthdays and this was the best trip by far. Something to do for everyono of all ages. I wish I can rate it higher than 5 stars.

Storey Lake Resort is one of the best and closest resorts to Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Our home is located inside of the newest section called Cove East. Guests can get to Disney World via Osceola Parkway and avoid all the heavy traffic that other resort guest have to experience. We are only 7 miles from the entrance. Storey Lake is a gated community and has two clubhouses. One of them is the newly built Bronson Club which is only a 12 minute walk from our house.

Our property backs up to the conservation preserve. We also have a south facing pool that gets sunlight most all day. All of our bedrooms are themed and we have an arcade style game room with commercial grade arcade racing games. We also have seven king size beds.
