A lovely stay

This property was more than we expected. Very clean very spacious. The property is near restaurants and shopping also within 15 minutes of the disney parks depending on traffic. The property owner are great with communication as well. Definitely would stay again and highlyrecommend this propertt

Family Christmas Vacay!

Great location, Easy access and short distance to theme parks, etc. House was as described. Very clean and spacious. The pool was heated, which was a nice bonus. Kids swam each night. The community offers a lot of amenities, however, were too busy to take advantage of the lazy river etc, Robert the host always got back to me with any questions I had. Great experience .

The best Vrbo home I have ever been in!!

This is the best stay I have ever had. The home was very clean and fully equipped with everything. Towels, dishes. Cleaning supplies and more. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the pool as well as the game room. I was so shocked because everything works!!!!! I don’t think I wanna rent any where else. Omg and the parking is amazing and enough for everyone. I also love the fact they have trash pick up every day!!!book here!!! You won’t regret!!!

Disney/family fun

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us. We had 6 small children 1-7. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on-site. The safety net going into the pool was nice to have. The house provided a pac n play for the baby and plenty of beds for the littles to stay together. Plenty on hot water for all of us to get ready. Close to all Disney resorts. The kitchen was well stocked. When I inquired about them having a crockpot, the host said he was having one delivered the 2nd day of our stay. The host was always reachable and responded in a timely manner with questions.

Amazing Storey Lake Villa

We had an amazing 7 day stay at Robert’s villa! We had 15 in our group and we were all very comfortable. The home was spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The pictures do not do it justice! We go on vacation in Orlando every year and this by far has been our best vacation rental. The pool and spa were both perfect, and the home’s location was even better. It is literally 1 min from target and dozens of restaurants and stores on 192. Although we didn’t do Disney this trip, this home is very close to Disney world (maybe 15 mins). The home is managed by the owner Robert, and he was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. Definitely recommend booking this villa! We will be back!

Great house for our family vacation

We had 11 people stay at this lovely house over February break and everyone had a lovely time. Pool was clean and hot tub was toasty. The house was also very clean and everyone had more than enough room to spread out and have a nice vacation. We had difficulty getting the house cool in the beginning of our stay but the owner was very responsive and helped troubleshoot to solve the problem. A check in book with instructions on how to operate the washer (which was tricky to navigate at first), the hot tub etc might be a welcome addition. Maybe even include local suggestions for family fun. Also some of the remote and game room batteries need replacement. Otherwise everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay again!

Great House for a Large Group

We stayed with our extended family of sixteen and everyone had plenty of room. The house is so convenient to the amusement parks that it was easy for members of the family to come and go as they pleased during the day. As a bonus on our "off park" days we went to the club house and loved the pool, slides, mini-golf and barside pool. We were disappointed in a couple items (1) limited amount of linens left for us meant we were doing laundry everyday (not enough bath towels for everyone and only one handtowel and wash cloth per bathroom). (2) the houses are so close together that there is no privacy when out in the pool area and you could hear the neighbors if they were also out (at these time we went to the clubhouse pool) and (3) the seating at the dining room table and the counter was not enough to accomodate our group as well as not quality furniture. Despite these couple items we would recommend staying here.

Family fun

We had a wonderful stay--we were a multigenerational and multi-family reunion with plenty of room for everyone! Robert and Neesha were very responsive and immediately available even with a middle of the night hiccup with the dishwasher power! They were also so thoughtful, as we were celebrating my 5 year old's birthday, having candles, favors and an amazing balloon bouquet waiting when we checked in!! That just added to the magic of a great vacation and trip! The house is in a great central location, walking distance to a small playground, community pool, and Target. It was stocked with only the basics, but it was easy to run and grab anything we needed. We did laundry often and it was great to have that option! The back patio and grill were used every night! There was plenty of parking for our large group. Our kids made good use of the front playroom (so many fun things to do!). Our only recommendation would be to update that TV to a smart TV as the cable was not working in that particular room. Check in and check out were easy and smooth! All the rooms were neat and clean. We all liked that all the rooms had a fan just in case anyone wanted to be extra cool. It was easy to communicate with the host on the Vrbo app and they responded quickly. All areas were nice and clean but we did find baby socks underneath the couch cushions.

Awesome experience

Place was comfortable for the whole group. Well equipped with supplies even for fun at the pool. Location close to stores and supermarkets and that was a plus when in need of anything. Communication with the property manager was super efficient. If anything should be improved it would more wash clothes as there was not enough for a group of 20 and maybe better cooking utensils as some were worn out but nothing that couldn’t be fixed with a trip to Dollar General.

Good times!

We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, heated pool and Jacuzzi and the most important thing of all is the game room! There was ping-pong, shuffleboard, basketball and foosball and a whole bunch of cards available for us to use! It was so much fun! And, the owner responded quickly to any questions I had, for which I was very grateful! Good times!

Great house for families and great location

Our trip included 7 adults and 5 children under the age of 5. It was plenty of space for us all and we had plenty of room to let the kids play. The location of the home was great with a 10 minute walk to target and 5 min drive to Sam’s club. Lastly, the communication with Robert was fantastic before and after our stay. He was very responsive and receptive to our messages. There was an issue with an appliance and Robert promptly sent out a mechanic to try and resolve it. The only complaints of the stay were there was no pack and play for our 1 year old and the home could have been cleaned a little better. The floors and couch felt dirty.

Great Disney vacation home!

We stayed in the Storey Lake subdivision back in 2021 and fell in love with this spacious floorplan. Robert's home was even nicer than the last home we rented. It was excellently maintained, extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable (which is important since some of our family members have back issues). Robert was always extremely prompt with communication and made our stay one we won't soon forget. Thanks for sharing your home with us, Robert!
