Denna mycket rymliga (2500 kvm. Fötter!)Är välskötta lägenhet i en härlig, litet komplex med endast 9 bifogade enheter per byggnad. Den två våningar stan hem ligger i den nyaste komplexet på St. Augustine Beach och denna enhet har många fördelar. Det är ett slut enhet med egen, intern hiss, en 2 bil garage och en liten, inhägnad "bakgård" ligger i direkt anslutning till den mest tyst poolen. Den har tillgång till andra pooler, en jacuzzi, en tennisbana, och är en kort promenad till stranden.

Fullt möblerade hela, med tre sovrum på övervåningen och två fulla bad (2: a och 3: e rum har en Jack och Jill bad), och en tredje halv bad är nere. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en balkong, ett stort badrum svit med en klädkammare, separat Jacuzzi och duschkabin, toalett rum och dubbla fåfänga. Båda de andra sovrummen har queen sängar med balkonger av sina egna! (Det finns en soffa i nedre vardagsrummet / allrum som kunde sova en extra). Full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare (järn) finns på övervåningen i en isolerad tvättstuga. Alla sängkläder tillhandahålls, bara ta med din resväska!

Nedre våningen hittar du ett stort, fullt utrustat kök (full storlek apparater och kaffebryggare) med granit bänkskivor, ett allrum, en matsal och bar som sittplats maximalt 6, en fotboll tabellen, 2 garderober, en halv bad och en privat Lanai.

Anläggningen ligger i den stora gemenskapen av St. Augustinus och bara 10 minuter från centrum med alla dess gamla historia och underbara restauranger, en ny biograf, en amfiteater, golfbanor, fiske bryggor, Marine, shopping, och naturligtvis, många vattenaktiviteter. The Villas ligger på stranden (öst) av A1A direkt vid havet, men denna enhet har inte havsutsikt. Tillgång till stranden är på fastigheten med en kort strandpromenad promenad till vattnet! Solstolar, badhanddukar, ett paraply, och leksaker stranden är alla tillgängliga för din användning. Allt du behöver är din baddräkt och solkräm!

Om du vill lämna det område du är ca 30 minuter från Jacksonville och 2 timmar från Disney World (Orlando). Det finns gott om aktiviteter att njuta! Vi hoppas att du kommer att göra det ditt eget, hitta tid att koppla av och ha lite kul i vår home away from home.

Wonderful place to stay

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It is perfectly located, very clean and comfortable and the hosts are delightful and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

So roomy & accommodating

Our stay was perfect. For a family of 6 this was the most room we have ever had while vacationing. Everything was clean, well stocked, & Lauri was so kind & easy to communicate with.

We plan to return!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The condo had a great location, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. It was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the bath/bath linens were in very good condition. The owner was great and easy to work with. Without a doubt we will book another vacation.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME YEAR AFTER YEAR!!

We have been coming here for years now and just love the condo, the complex, and St. Augustine!! The condo is very large and with 4 kids under the age of 15 we are not on top of each other. It's quiet yet close to everything. Love the balconies off every room, the pool being so close, and having our "own" garage. Even the walk to the beach is pleasant. We treat it like our home away from home and the owners are so easy to work with, they feel like family after so many returns. Don't hesitate to come here, you will have no regrets. Sorry to have to go and already looking forward to next time! Thanks! Kevin

Could not of been better. The location, the comfortable size it had all the amenities you needed plus every reason that you visit St Augustine easily with in your reach. Plus hosts that really do care about your stay. Five star.

Beautiful, large condo

This condo was spacious with a large kitchen, and bedrooms that were roomy and comfortable. The master bath has both a shower and a jetted tub. There is a washer and dryer available and a two car garage for parking. One of the pools is right outside the door from the condo, and the beach is accessible only a short walk away. A wonderful place to stay and only 10 min or so from the main town of St. Augustine. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week staying at our old condo. It brought back so many good memories. Great location just steps away from the pool as well as a wonderful view of the pool from the balcony. We have already planned to come back again next July. We love St. Augustine & can’t wait to come back!!

Our best experience renting in St Augustine

We have been visiting St Augustine for nearly 30 years and have rented from many different places. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed in St Augustine. The condo was beautiful, clean and had so many little extras that just made it a wonderful place to stay. The owners are delightful and communicated with us everything we needed to know. We cannot wait to go back!

Absolutely Beautiful - Best Place in St. Augustine to Stay

If you book this location I promise you a beautiful stay. What can I say about our host. She is a class act and pay attention to every detail of your stay. Beautiful home. Fully furnished. You can walk out the door and be at the pool. Landscaping and scenery is so beautful. Beach is beautiful. You will definately enjoy your stay at the Villa's

Awesome long weekend getaway.

This is a great vacation get away. It was very clean and had all the things to make you feel at home. The pool area was very quite and kid friendly. Communication was great with the owners. I would definitely stay here again.

A delightful beach vacation

This is beautiful and well maintained property, furnished and decorated with care and very comfortable. The pictures represent it well. The unit is located right next to the swimming pool area, which is also clean and well maintained. So are the grounds, plants, lawns, and parking areas. Our host was friendly and helpful and responded to all of our queries. There is a short walk to the beach that does not involve crossing any streets, and the beach itself is clean and beautiful. Another plus is the short drive to restaurants and grocery stores; the VERY well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare any meal we liked, so that we could spend most of our time just enjoying the space together. There are three large, comfortable bedrooms, with an ensuite bathroom for the Master and a Jack & Jill bathroom between the other two bedrooms. It is a perfect place for a family or group vacation, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would certainly stay here again!

Short walk to pools and beach.

Love the access point of this villa. Very easy to find and get around the area. Having bikes to ride was a bonus and plenty of garage space to bring your own bikes, boards, etc.

Private - poolside

No problems at all. A little walk to beach but worth it to have your almost private pool. House is pretty stocked with everything you would need so you don’t have to worry about bringing every little thing. Beds are comfortable. Would stay here again next year.

This is a lovely, spacious beach home that has most everything you can imagine or need! Kitchen is fully stocked -even has 3 different types of coffee makers ! Really enjoyed the intercom music system and the close proximity to the pool . Loved having a garage and elevator. Lauri was easily accessible anytime we needed her! The beach my decor added so much to the space ! This place is huge-2500 sqft. Loved all the balconies and TV ‘s in every bedroom. Also used the the beach chairs and toys as well as the beach towels ! We had a fabulous stay in this home !!!😎🌺🌺🌺

Awesome villa!

We just got back last week from staying at this very lovely villa. We had a great experience and we would give a positive recommendation for this villa, and area, to anyone. The villa was very clean and in a great location, right beside one of the villa's pools that wasn't used very much. We appreciated the extra attention given and we felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. The beach was a short three minute walk away from this unit and a very nice beach it was. The area /town was clean. St. Augustine and St. Augustine beach were easy to get around in and lots of places to eat and full of things to do. Thanks again for opening up your villa and allowing us to share a wonder place to vacation.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Grew up less than an hour from St. Augustine and have loved coming here since I was young. It is an amazing city with the most beautiful, sandy beaches and the Villas of Ocean Gate are so nice, new and well-maintained. Paradise is in our backyard!
