Deceiving

The location was in a very nice subdivision, however, the property has been neglected and needs a lot of updating and maintenance. The bathroom sink did not drain and the towel bar fell off the wall. The kitchen needs to be better furnished with pots, pans, silverware and dishes. There were no kitchen towels The sliding glass door was very dirty and did not slide. It was a safety hazard as I was unable to open the door. There is a nice backyard, but the patio furniture needs to go to the dump. The bedrooms and bathrooms could use new linens. Replace the living room with modern/ comfortable furniture. Pitch the table lamps from Goodwill and invest in some good reading lamps. Overall the place lacked in cleanliness. The place has great potential given the appropriate overhaul.

Inside layout terrible. Garbage left in house. Contractor doing work outside back yard.

Couple things I would fix if it was my place would be, 1- to change the furniture outside because they’re falling apart, 2- put blinds on the master bathroom so people can’t watch you go to the bathroom and change out the blinds in the front bedroom for the are falling apart, 3- rotate, fresh, clean towels in there that are not stained, 4- Fix the refrigerator and put the shelves in it so we can use it, 5- put a binder in the house about the place, the appliances, and maybe the rules and clean up procedures. 6- have better communication with the people that are renting your place because my check in time was at 4pm and I couldn’t get in till 6pm. 7- this is an important one, put in a water filtration system because the water in this area is not good. I would know I have a house in the same development. 8- you need to put a king or a queen size bed in the master bedroom and not twins. 9- put in some love into your place it’s there to make you money and quite honestly I wouldn’t rent this place again and tone down on the scent it’s overwhelming. Do with this information what you will in the end you probably won’t change anything.
