Big Bear City Park is only a half-mile from home. Snow Summit and Bear Mountain ski resorts are within a five-mile radius for wintertime recreation. Ski Beach Park and downtown Big Bear Lake are within five miles of home for summertime fun.

Modern mountain decor fills the interior with new flooring and fixtures, offering updated comfort. The main floor features a bright, open layout designed with group gatherings in mind. The upstairs game room sets the stage for fun and friendly competition with foosball, a shuffleboard table, and a home theater setup with eight individual recliners and a massive smart TV. A full suite of major appliances and handy countertop gadgets are equipped in the kitchen for easy at-home meal prep. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
