Very nice place.

Great condo, beautiful view. Secure. So grateful for a pet friendly place to stay. The only cons were ceiling fan in second bedroom didn’t work and ac was very loud when it came on interfering with sleep in the second bedroom.

Summer rental

Very clean and quiet place to stay. Everything in the condo worked as it should. Complex was family oriented and low key. Overall a great rental.

Fishing getaway

Great location and awesome view.

We had a blast at our stay. Our friends have never been to Pensacola. They were very impressed. We couldn't do much due to the storm that just hit before we got there. This place was the best. Right on the beach and near everything. We hope to go back soon.

Mostly ok

The entire property was very nice. Pet friendly. But so well kept. I understand prices of taxes and insurance and such has all gone up and this makes rental prices go up. I paid double if what I use to pay 10 years ago and over a $1000 more than I normally have to pay. Having said that, there were only three complaints from out stay: 1)No weight room/fitness/workout facility available. It should not be listed as an amenity. I normally bring dumbbells with me but this said there is a fitness room with a picture of it. I asked someone that lived there and she said if they dont give you a white card form the owners of the unit you CANNOT use the facility. There was a pad lock to the pickleball courts as well. Idk if my room key would have worked. There was nothing on our instruction she that said “room key will access pickle ball courts” like it tells you for wife and such. 2)with 4 adults, when I rent a unit a tv for us in the 2nd bedroom is important. Could not change the channel AT ALL. 3)this is. It that big of a deal but cooking utensils were limited. If you plan to cook a lot might was to bring some. We made do but just in case someone really needs more wanted to out it on there.

Great furniture and view, not without issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely as was the view. Tasteful and nicely updated. Comfortable furniture/beds/bedding. The kitchen is in need of some updates...peeling cabinets and missing handles. It appears the condo kitchen is the dumping ground for out of commission pots and pans, random glasses etc. with hardly a piece of tupperware for leftovers to be found. The coffee pot didn't work and the ice machine wouldn't dispense ice. Similar situation in the bathrooms with a total of 4 hairdryers dating back some decades. After we were allowed to check in we did so to find the maid still on property. She had clearly been drinking, smelled strongly of beer and stated she was almost done, just finishing a few things in the kitchen. The bathrooms looked good but dresser tops hadn't been touched (scatterings of sand, drink rings and price tags). The kitchen table hadn't been clean and there were lucky charms cereal scattered on the kitchen floor and something dripping down a cabinet. I left for an additional 40 minutes and still couldn't decern any additional cleaning had happened. We received a partial refund on our booking as I contacted the rental agency specifically to check on the progress of the construction. They emailed that all construction impacting my stay had been completed. They were only painting interior stairwells. This was patently untrue. Our exit to the pool and beach thru the building was closed, directing us to walk thru the parking lot and around the building to get to the beach/pool. No great hardship for me, but a different story for my 88 year old grandmother. There was extensive scaffolding (high lows) on both buildings with earsplitting construction actively taking place.

The condo was very clean as well. Even better they allowed our two weiner dogs to stay as well! Only recommendations would be to get a Roku stick for the TVs and repair the bad places on the cabinets. The rest was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! We will be back!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed the stay very much! The view was beautiful and the area where the condo was located was quiet. The condo was exactly as pictured. Only negative was the bedroom was bright at night and as soon as the sun came up, you knew it. It would be the perfect place if they had blinds or curtains instead of the pull shades. We plan to return soon!

The rental was very clean, comfortable and roomy. We really enjoyed all of the little decor and knick-knacks that the owners have on site. The furnishings met all of our expectations. I would like to thank the young lady that was very polite and courteous when I checked in at the rental office. I would like to thank the owners for making your home available to us. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th time staying at 405E! 6th time using this company and we love it. Regency towers are located right on the beach and has a pool. We always enjoy our stay. I also enjoy being a little further away from the main (beach ball beach) you are close to everything but not right in the middle of the tourist area. Property is a little further down. This time we got locked out of our room at 9:30pm and a staff member brought us a. Replacement key in less than 20 mins (after hours no charge). Our garbage disposal wasn’t working and they came the same day to fix that as well. My only suggestion not really a complaint is to replace the master bathroom showerhead, and if you would like the rooms to be darker, I suggest you bringing something to cover some of the windows . They have shades and the views from the windows are fantastic but rooms are bright once the sun rises. Overall amazing company and place to stay! Karla is one of the regency towers staff(not rental company ) and she is super helpful as well.

The views are amazing! The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. So great to be able to walk out to the beach. The pool was a good size and pool furniture was clean. I definitely will try to come back to this one!
