Discovery lyx och avkoppling som bäst! Mindre än 10 minuter från Disney World! Vår familj orienterade hem ligger i Lake Wilson Preserve. Detta är en ny egendom, byggd 2005, med bara 96 bostäder. Gården ligger bara 2 miles från I-4, 10 miles söder om I-192 West. Även nära till allt godset ger en lugn och avskild plats att koppla av och återhämta sig från en dag av sevärdheter och shopping. Gården är mycket privat. Vår välutrustade hem har alla bekvämligheter för att du har allt du behöver under din semester. Vi älskar den varma frisk tropiska luften, roliga och spännande attraktioner och privat uppvärmd pool / spa så mycket att vi bestämde oss för att köpa vår egen sommarstuga. Gården ligger på och omgiven av bevarande mark och är mycket privat. Alla bostäder i dödsboet är Medelhavet stil med en spansk tegeltak, blockera stenlagd uppfart och trottoarer. Vår villa ligger nära grannskapet naturstig. Vår välutrustade hem har alla bekvämligheter för att se till att du har allt du behöver under din semester. Gör dig redo att koppla av och njuta!

FACILITETER: Den här vackert möblerade hem med stora däck, västläge uppvärmd pool och uppgraderade spa, ligger i en lugn, fridfull miljö. Det finns gott om däcksutrymme för sol och familj samvaro! Som ett komplement till de större än vanligt däck, det finns massor av utemöbler, från en formell utanför matbord och stolar, till härligt avkopplande solstolar!

Perfect

We were two adults and two teens. Everything was extra clean, lot of space, bedrooms with their own bathrooms, beautifull neighborhood (very calm and clean) near Disney (20 minutes, easy road) and grocery store (Publix) just 2 minutes away. The pool was bigger than we expected! I highly recommend this place, it was perfect for us!!

Tolle Unterkunft

Der Kontakt zu April war sehr gut. Sie hat sehr nett und sehr schnell auf alle meine Fragen geantwortet. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zu den Freizeitparks ist trotz häufigem Stau auf der Autobahn noch okay. Wir haben in der Regel eine Dreiviertelstunde zu den Universal Studios benötigt, Disney ist sogar noch näher. Insbesondere der Pool hat uns alle begeistert!!! Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 🌞.

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful vacation with April, she was very quick to respond to our requests. Everything was perfect. The cameras didn't bother us. There are a lot of rules but it was no problem. We didn't have a problem with the ban on parking on the sidewalk either, but we saw a lot of neighbors parking on the sidewalk, so I think they were tourists? If you have a car, it's perfect for visiting the surrounding area.

Florida 2023!!

We really enjoyed our stay at April's villa, the villa itself was clean, well equipped and in a very central location. Its situated in a lovely, quiet area but easy to access the Disney parks, beach as well as surrounding attractions. The owners were easy to contact and lovely. Overall, we would highly recommend this villa and hope to return one day!!

Awesome vacation stay!

It was an amazing family trip to Disney! The property was fantastic and everything we needed! Nice pool, clean place, and excellent communication with the owner. I rated overall 4 stars because there was no toilet paper provided except for one roll in each bathroom. I would still highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Great Place to Stay!

This was our first time doing a vacation rental and it was an excellent first experience. The house had everything we needed. It as clean. The instructions were complete and easy to follow., Furniture was comfortable. Pillows were a little rough. Thank you!

Excellent stay love the pool area

We stayed and did discovery cove, sea world and aquatica. It was a 15 mile commute. The house is on a busy road but you cant see traffic. Over all very happy with the stay.

Wonderful time

We had a great time. The house is exactly as pictured. April was friendly, informative and quick to respond. My only thing I would say about the property that I did not like was security camera inside the home. Even though there is a button to turn the camera off, it still felt like an invasion of privacy.

Excellent Vacation Home

It was exactly as advertised and more! The house was very clean and comfortable. All information provided was clear and easy to understand that made the whole experience more enjoyable. The kitchen was well furnished which made food preparation and eating a great experience. Location made it very easy to visit Disney/Universal.

Great for family fun!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of space for everyone and the pool and spa were a big hit. Also, a big plus that many things were provided such as garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap. There were lots of cookware as well, which made making Thanksgiving dinner so much easier. April was great to communicate with and we will definitely book again next time we are in the area!

Everything about it was wonderful. Great distance from the parks. The spa got hot tub hot. Communication with April was so quick and easy. The only thing is I wish we could open the master bedroom at night for sleeping, but it is hooked to the pool alarm so not able to be opened.

The O'Connells in Florida AGAIN

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed in this Villa and as before it is excellent. April has added a fan to the lanai which made all the difference to sitting outside having a meal. There is nothing you could fault with this Villa and I highly recommend staying here. There is easy access to the Parks and a Publix is nearby for all shopping requirements. I have already booked for next year!

Great Location and Terrific Property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! This was my first experience with VRBO so I was a little nervous, but April had GREAT communication and the house was clean and well-kept (I'm a little OCD so this always makes me nervous when we travel). The location is fabulous and it was so nice to have a place for everybody to spread out after our daily activities. During our trip we visited Universal Studios, NASA and Crystal River (Manatee swim) and the location made getting to everything easy. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend sleeping in the bedroom at the front of the house that is further from the road. The road noise did wake me a couple of times the first night, but after we were tired from running all day I didn't notice it the rest of the trip and I am a light sleeper. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends!

Great Home, Great Location

We spent 2 weeks in this home in October/November 2018. This home has everything you could ever possibly need. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are 5 beds and we found the home to be very clean on arrival. Rental cost was extremely fair and April was wonderful to deal with - no issues at all and fast communications. The pool and spa are great after a day in the theme parks and the pool deck has tons of furniture. The pictures shown in the description are accurate. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, I cannot speak for the others but they looked fine too - I believe I read that the beds were recently replaced. The location is also excellent - about 15 minutes from Disney and puts you onto lesser used roads to avoid most of the bad traffic, except for a short jaunt on I4 to get to Disney but still a 15 minute drive even in morning rush hour. Nearby (3 minutes) there is a Publix, a Wawa gas station, 7 Eleven, McDonalds, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza places, Mexican etc etc. You also have quick easy access to the I4 that can take you to Tampa and its just a few minute drive to highway 27 where there is tons of shopping and restaurants. (TIP: Avoid I4 at 5pm rush hour like the plague!!!!!!) To make this a thorough review, there are just a few things to note, the road behind the home is a little noisy at rush hour (other times is fine and quiet). The spa is not a "hot tub" and takes a bit of time to heat up upon each use (about 1 hour in November but depends greatly on outside temperatures). Unlike other vacation homes, there are some rules to follow, but this is not a "vacation home", it's someone's second home being rented out, and there is a difference. So we had no problem respecting April's home and the few rules that are in place. Hey, it's their place right? Beyond these extremely MINOR things, I cannot think of anything else and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again. I HIGHLY recommend this home!!!

The house is fantastic! It has everything you need for great stay.

We spent 11 nights in April and Jose’s house and we had a great time there. It has everything you need, the rooms are spacious and clean. The kids loved the swimming pool. You will need a car to get around. We can only recommend this house!

The O'Connells in Florida AGAIN

We have stayed in many Villas in and around the Lake Wilson Preserve area over the last 20 years and this Villa is, without a doubt, the best we have stayed in. The Villa as really well equipped - probably better than my own home in the United Kingdom - it even had beach towels which is a first as far as we are concerned. The kitchen had every conceivable item you could think of. The Pool was great to have to ourselves particularly after a hard day enjoying ourselves at the various Parks. April was very patient with us as we managed the Villa's alarm system - it would have helped if we had read the instructions properly before we started pushing buttons! I would thoroughly recommend this Villa to everyone and if I had not already booked to stay here next year I would be rushing to do so straight away. Ideal para viaje familiar

Las fotos y descripción corresponden perfectamente al lugar, totalmente satisfechas nuestras expectativas, la casa tiene todas las comodidades imaginables para gozar de las vacaciones. No rear neighbours and our pool is offset to the side neighbours. This means that no one is looking directly onto the pool area from the back or the sides. We are on a cul-de-sac so our land parcel and the neighbours land parcels are larger than most.
