Fabulous condo in a quiet off season resort

Well equipped condo with lot’s of space. Very close to shared community pool and hot tub. We stayed in summer and enjoyed how quiet this popular ski area was. Rafting and hiking in Ohiopyle was only 30-40 minutes away.

Ultimate Seven Springs Ski-in/ski-out!

We just loved our stay ! The place was spotless and of course snowing the entire time while there for four days helped. The access to slopes was 100 ft from the patio where we clicked in. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked great meals together and enjoyed warming by the fire after skiing sub zero temps. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were beautiful. Definitely recommend for ski trips!

Relaxing Thanksgiving Vacation at Seven Springs

We enjoyed this condo at Seven Springs for Thanksgiving. I have rented VRBO homes for several years (and can be quite picky on what I look for in a vacation rental) and this condo ranks very high on my list! It was extremely clean and you could tell the condo has been well cared for. We had plenty of space for our entire family. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and kitchen utensils for us to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. While it was too early for the resort to have ski/snowtubing open, our kids were able to enjoy time playing in the man made snow that the resort was making. It was wonderful to be able to head straight out the back door in their snow suits and run over to the snow that was built up along the side of the slopes and play. They thought they were in a winter wonderland! We also enjoyed how close this condo was to Laurel Hill State Park and we went hiking in the park the day after Thanksgiving. We also enjoyed eating and exploring at the lodge. While my family is not a ski family, I would imagine any skiers out there would greatly appreciate this condo and the ski room/proximity to the slopes!

This is our second stay at this property, we loved it because of the fantastic views and accommodations. It's very near the pool and hot tub with great decks for BBQ and fun. Owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with, highly recommended and will stay there again in the future.

We love staying at Bob and Cheryl' s property. We rent it every year. It is very comfortable for 2 families with kids. The ski in ski out is very easy for beginner skier. Bob and Cheryl are always going out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. The instructions for the house, are very clear and they are very responsive . Great space!

Very nice property, all of the amenities. Nice view, and we loved the fireplaces that provided warmth without being warm to the touch! The Alexa was a nice touch 😀 we ran a load of wash on the last evening - the washing machine was a little loud so I recommend not running it during a sit down dinner but that wasn’t a hassle for us - just an observation. We also loved the wine that was provided by the owners! My 4 year old loved the bunk beds! 5 stars!!!!

Simply Said - Fantabulous!!

You can't go wrong renting this property. My family and sisters family of (10) total loved our stay at this property in Southwind Seven Springs. It was our first time, but definitely not the last!! Not only did we enjoy the area (Whitewater rafting at Ohiopyle; Segway tour and Alpine slide at Seven Springs), but we also felt completely at home in this property. Bob was fantastic at communicating everything to us. He explained everything (codes to get in, pool info, area activities, etc) before arriving, so we were well prepared in advance. He left his phone number and email, so if we were to have any issues, we could have communicated with him right away. We went during the time of Covid. We needed to getaway as a family and couldn't have been happier. The house was clean, and exactly like pictured. We had plenty of room to spread out to watch movies, play games and for general hanging out and catching up. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc so we had no issues staying in and cooking every meal. Plus used the grill which was well maintained. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in with plenty of towels for showers and baths. And we loved having our morning coffee on the decks, having our afternoon chat on the swing, and evening cocktail on the comfy deck furniture. We went during the summer, but can see how much fun it would also be during the winter. We definitely hope to be back!! Thanks BOB!!

Our opinion

Acted like there was 2 parking places in garage. There was none in garage and only 2 in driveway if u had very small vehicles. The basement was 10-15 degrees colder and u had to be a polar bear to sleep down there. The tv PIN number should have been included instead of having to call the owner at an off time. Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Seven Springs is one of the top ski resorts in the East Coast. But there is so much more to do in all seasons. In the winter we enjoy skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling. The Seven Spring Resort also has super restaurants that vary in cost and purpose. In addition, they have trap shooting, alpine slides, zip lines, golf, ropes courses, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, miniature golf, bowling, game rooms and more. And the mountains are beautiful!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We are excited about our vacation home. We purchased our home from a family who built this townhouse with every option made available by the builder! As you can see from the pictures, he painstakingly decorated our home and also meticulously cared for it. We believe you'll enjoy your time in our home as much as you'll enjoy the resort and its many activities outside it.

Our winter rentals are based on a 3 night minimum. Friday and Saturday must be included. Holiday weekends are based on a 4 night minimum. Christmas and New Year's weekends are based on a 4 night minimum. Winter stays beyond 4 nights will be discounted from stated rates.
