This common space has 2 couch sitting areas, 2 large smart flat screen TV's, Pool table, foosball table, kitchenette, and extra fridge. Additionally there are 6 queen bunk beds, which make for extra sleeping tailored for children, teens, young adults. In order to keep cleaning costs reasonable, use of the bunk beds is optional and would be $40 per bed for your stay **

It is a 3-story home (bottom level garage) with 6 very large bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. The house is equipped with an elevator which will get you to every floor as well as garage parking on both sides of the house, and a very large driveway for plenty of parking space.
This house is a renovated house, with very nice upgrades in both decor and furnishings. Check out the pictures and you will see the upgraded appliances, a huge chef's designer kitchen, and a very large great room.
The layout works well for the large multi-family group - Bedroom 1 is on the main level with a King and twin bed, it has an en suite bathroom with a stand-up separate shower and large tub.
Upstairs there are 5 more bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The stairs open to a loft area with 2 twin bunk beds for extra sleeping, and then straight into Bedroom 2 which has 6 twin bunk beds in a large bedroom (loft area bedroom), supporting these 2 sleeping areas is the hallway bathroom with shower and bathtub. Upstairs on the East side of the house, you have Bedrooms 3 and 4, both with king beds and both have their own bathrooms with shower/tub combinations. On the West side of the house are bedrooms 5 and 6, Bedroom 5 has 2 queens, and bedroom 6 has a King Bed and twin bed - these bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The outdoor space is awesome! You have a very nice-sized pool with a new liner and the option to heat it with a brand-new electric heater installed in 2023 (pool heat option is $55 per/day).
The pool is surrounded by some nice Polywood furniture. Currently, there are 2 propane grills with propane provided, an outdoor shower, and nicely maintained fenced-in grass landscaping.
The location of this house is excellent with access to the bay/sound about 100 feet away and access to the main Gulf of Mexico beach about a 3-minute walk. There is a walkway right next to the house, once you cross Via De Luna it is a straight shot to the beach. We have provided a wagon and some starter beach equipment, 8 chairs, and 4 umbrellas in the garage space for guest use.
