Från det ögonblick du satte fot i detta underbara Savannah Brick radhus kommer du att känna som en äkta Savannah-inföding. Detta hem är städat och polerat för semestergäster som älskar antik charm men önskar ett hotells renlighet. Inredda med bekväma moderna möbler tillsammans med vackra antikviteter och dekorerade med äkta Savannah-memorabilia och konst, inklusive historisk information om detta mycket hus.

Detta hem är beläget på en idealisk plats mellan Forsyth Park och River St, nära en stor mataffär (Kroger), restauranger och många butiker. Parkering är gratis och enkelt på gatan utanför detta hem. Du kan enkelt gå till Clary's Cafe eller Firefly Cafe, båda ligger knappt två kvarter från hemmet. Det finns bokstavligen hundratals andra restauranger inom 0. 5 till 1 mil från denna adress!

Detta är ett 3 våningar klassiskt radhus med en separat lägenhet på markplan (inte en del av denna lista) och "huvudhuset" som är denna lista består av våningar 2 och 3. Det finns 2 sovrum på övervåningen, alla har nu en king size-säng (från februari 2015). Det finns nu 2. 5 badrum i hemmet! Ett badrum har eget badrum med det bakre sovrummet och ett andra badrum är tillgängligt från korridoren. Ett halvt badrum ligger nere bredvid köket. Det finns en utdragbar bäddsoffa i "solrummet".

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and full of charm and history. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed having three porches where we could sit outside and relax. Parking was easy and convenient.Just a heads-up for future guests: there is one flight of stairs to reach the front door and another flight to the bedrooms, so be prepared for some stairs. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful, historic home!

Affordable, interesting, spacious, and convenient to the river area and historic district! This place was perfect for our needs, and our host contact was responsive and helpful. I greatly appreciated that both bedrooms featured king size mattresses and the sheets were nice, and there are a few different ways to enjoy the space either on the private side porch with table and umbrella, indoor library porch annex, or street-facing porches on both floors that make you feel like there should be a parade going by. There is no coffee grinder onsite, so bring ground coffee if that's your thing. An abundance of shops, cafes, parks, and restaurants are within easy walking distance, including a grocery store and a nice little Saturday farmer's market in Forsyth Park. This was the perfect home base from which we were able to experience a wide variety of what Savannah has to offer!

Overall, we had a very good stay at this VRBO. The location was excellent, and the house itself was mostly clean and comfortable. The back deck was messy when we arrived, but management responded quickly and had it cleaned right away, which we appreciated. There were also some dark spots on the ceiling in the kitchen that were a little concerning, though no one in our group experienced any issues during our stay. It also stated there was daybed that was not there. Overall, a good experience in a great location. They just need to take care of a couple issues and some wording on the vrbo site and this house would definitely be 5 stars.

The house is located near the historic center, no need to use a car. It's a very old house and could benefit from deep cleaning and renovations, but the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. A great place if you want to experience Savannah and its history.

It was a beautiful 1800’s home with the original flooring, 10’ ceilings and full of antiques including a portrait of the owners in the late 1800’s mustache cup, shaving brush lots old irons, a chamber pot, pitcher @ wash pan and much more. Savannah experience

We did not have a car so location was ideal - walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed all of the tours we took wheel in Savannah.

Awesome historical property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to the trolley and a quiet neighborhood. Loved the historical artifacts within the house. We will definitely come back and recommend it to others.
