Om boendet

On the cusp of the country but only minutes from downtown, our country bungalow with a modern flair has all amenities needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Three bedrooms with a large yard to relax and kick your feet up. Centrally located to several outdoor recreation areas and 5 minutes from downtown Grass Valley. Several restaurants and activities easily accessed. We have enjoyed the area for years and now enjoy sharing it with others. We hope your stay at the house feels like home.
The space
The 3 bedroom house has modern but cozy feel, one bedroom has a queen size bed, the next room has a full size bed and last has a twin size day bed. All beds are exceptionally comfortable.
The bathroom has tub and shower and is centrally located near master bedroom.
The living room has a smart tv that you can log on to Netflix, Hulu , or Amazon video. There is a DVD player as well, you can rent moves from The Red Box at Safeway in town. For music we have Alexa you can ask her for any type of music you like.
The Kitchen is well equipped for most of your cooking needs.
Other things to note
We have an outdoor shower to enjoy.

We enjoyed a quiet and relaxing stay here. The cottage is situated close to shopping and restaurants. The cottage felt like a home away from home with all the amenities. Beautiful area. We would love to stay again!

Great stay

Our family of 5 stayed here over thanksgiving for an extended family gathering in Nevada city. House met all our needs…..super cute house with a lot of old character and charm. Kitchen was well-stocked and beds very comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

Great Grass Valet Getaway

We loved staying at this property. It was located close to downtown Grass Valley, and within a short distance to some beautiful, hiking trails and other high points of the area.

Wedding weekend

Very cute home and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Super easy to get everywhere in Grass Valley and Nevada City.

Cute Bungalow and location great!

We loved staying in this quaint cottage! I loved the area. Close to downtown and quiet neighborhood. Everything for outdoors was only 5-20 minutes. My only suggestion is they need to spray for bugs because we had quite a few in the house. Thanks for everything!!

My son in law loved the outdoor shower and spent most of his time in the back yard. The home had AC as well as ceiling fans and box fans were available too. All amenities were provided. There was plenty of room for our family of 3 adults, 2 kids and our dog. The beds were extra comfortable. Nice mattresses. It was Perfect. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Memorial Weekend Wedding.

We came to Grass Valley for our daughters wedding on Saturday, May 25, 2024. When we arrived and unpacked, we started a grocery lost, like we always do. Expecting nothing to be available in the rental, we made our normal list. Decided to check out what was available in the kitchen, we found it incredibly stocked with essentials. We've stayed at lots of rentals and they come with basically nothing. The house is comfortable, close to downtown, and in a quiet neighborhood that feels very safe. House has a full-size washer and dryer for renters to use in the garage. Took a fat second to find it. Bottom line, we'd stay again.
