*15 minutes to the Yuba River
*45 minute scenic drive to Donner Lake, 1 hour to Lake Tahoe through Tahoe National Forest along the newly renovated Highway 20
Enjoy the perfect blend of modern comfort + natural charm. The cabin features:
SALTWATER HOT TUB: Relax in the spacious 5-person saltwater hot tub, professionally maintained. For summer stays, the water is set to body temperature - perfect for cool evenings. Gentle on skin, with no harsh chlorine smell.
ON-SITE MASSAGES, SOUND BATHS, CHEF MEALS, COOKING + BAKING CLASSES: Enhance your retreat with experiences from local creatives. Available for an additional fee + subject to availability ~ message for details.
MOVIE PROJECTOR/ROOM: Enjoy a cozy movie night on a 120â screen.
BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms with plush bedding + large windows that invite the forest inside. Comfortably sleeps up to 7, perfect for family gatherings.
LIVING AREA: A bright, open-concept space with high ceilings, an extra-large plush sofa, walls of books to browse, + floor-to-ceiling windows.
KITCHEN: Fully outfitted for everything from your first cup of coffee to a full dinner spread. The freezer is stocked with handmade pizzas, pastas and desserts from Francescaâs Kitchen - a beloved farmersâ market favorite - available for purchase.

Nevada City is a gem of a small town, with a thriving local culture and some of the best surrounding nature that California has to offer.

I tried to think of what guests would enjoy in everything that I did to create this retreat. There are endless books to peruse, a saltwater hot tub, movie projector + big screen, games, as well as the majestic, quiet beauty of the forest and the neighborhood. Fun optional on-site experiences such as massage, sound baths, chef-prepared meals, cooking and baking classes come to you and let you get to know some of our wonderful local creatives and our culture.
