Fabulous!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy's and Courtney's place. It was a home away from home with a peaceful and beautiful garden and a tastefully decorated interior. Sandy is an exceptional outdoor and indoor designer! The place was well equipped with all necessary items for a most comfortable stay indeed. The water views from the bedrooms, patio off the kitchen were gorgeous and downtown Tiburon was a leisurely walk away. Sandy and Courtney were the most wonderful hosts, welcoming, friendly, helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. Sandy and Courtney, thank you a most enjoyable and memorable stay!

Amazing time in Tiburon

What a terrific spot... the view, the kitchen, the space... all completely as advertised. Easy living with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge... beautiful sunrises and sunsets... lots of space to spread out... comfortable beds... fully stocked kitchen for anything you'd like to prepare. Sandy was responsive and a truly wonderful host... she even provided holiday decorations as we stayed over the Christmas season. Would definitely return. Thanks Sandy!!!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay and the view is first class. We loved watching sunrises and sunsets over the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge! Our host and hostess were very nice and helpful, and the unit has everything you need.

Spectacular Views, Chef's Kitchen, Wonderful Owners.

Arrived late in heavy rain . Courtney escorted us in, where we found a Fire blazing in the artistic three -sides fireplace, and a beautiful array of snacks and beverage. Sandy and Courtney are excellent hosts and guides,and we loved the convenience of the Ferries shuttling to and from the City and Angel Island. We know the City well, and made several forays in , but also explored much of Marin, Napa, and Sonoma. The panoramic views with the ever changing skies highlighting San Franciscoand the Golden Gate are awe inspiring. The amazingly well appointed kitchen allowed us to enjoy water view dining ,( we never did make it to the recommended breakfast joint!) . All in all we found beauty, solace, and peace here.

Beautiful Home--Wonderful Stay!

My family of four (including two teenagers) had a wonderful time in this Tiburon home. The house is wonderfully comfortable and appointed with everything you need (and then some)! The owner is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. The surrounding area has so much to offer (walking/running trails, a great market within walking distance, incredible views, and just minutes to the 101 and downtown SF). We loved being so close to everything in the Bay area while enjoying the peace of the Tiburon peninsula. I highly recommend this property!

Great Tiburon Getaway

Our stay in this fantastic 2 bedroom unit began with a warn and friendly greeting from the owner. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and she provided thorough details about how to use the amenities within the unit ( TV's, appliances, etc). The views from the unit are spectacular. (Angel Island, the GG bridge, downtown SF) Sunday morning was especially nice as we ate breakfast in the kitchen and watched sailboats racing around the bridge and Angel Island. The unit is within easy walking distance to downtown Tiburon, and we enjoyed many morning and evening strolls during our stay for breakfast and dinner. Dining tip: try the kale pasta and noche at Servino restaurant in Tiburon. All handmade fresh each day. Using this unit as home base is very practical because it is near most vacation attractions including Muir Woods, Sausalito, Golden Gate Bridge, etc, and downtown San Francisco in 30-40 minutes via GG bridge. You can also choose to get to Alcatraz/Angel Island/Sausalito/Pier 39 by ferry . The property was very clean and well-maintained. We'll be returning.

Beautiful accommodation and excellent location

This was our first visit to San Francisco. The property was amazing. It was so clean, peaceful and completely relaxing.All ages are catered for ( there was 7 of us ranging from 4 to 51 years of age) and the view was exquisite. The owners were amazing and so accommodating and friendly. They showed us around the town ( which is beautiful) and nothing was too much trouble. They certainly added to this wonderful experience. We would defiantly stop there again. This is a gem of a house, wonderfully situated and tastefully decorated and well equipped. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Must Stay Location

We've stayed in San Francisco many times and thought we'd try something different by staying across the bay. We are very happy with our decision. The property is a hidden gem with spectacular views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate bridge. Sitting on the patio at night, enjoying the views, is a great way to end the day after a day of outings. We also enjoyed the short walk to town each morning and evening for dining and there are many excellent choices in restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Absolutely Amazing!

This property is everything it claims to be and more. You have to see it to believe it. Incredible view of the Bay and Golden Gate Bridege out of the master and kitchen windows. I went with my wife and 4 (teenage and above) children. Things got a little crowded in the bathroom at times, but they loved it. We had an amazing time. Walked to Tiburon. Took the ferry to the San Francisco. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! The furnishings were incredible. The house was immaculate. Everything you need to cook or prepare a meal at home. I hope to return for another getaway with just my wife next time. Thanks Courtney and Sandy for creating a such a stunning home away from home!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful and amazing vacation for a whole month in May/June in the beautiful Cool town of TIBURON . The property location at walking distance to the center of town provided a nice break from the amazing restaurants in San Francisco (20 min by car ) or the splendid Wine Country in Napa / Sonoma (hour away by car ) with its top wineries and restaurants . The property was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could want and the most amazing views facing the City and Angel Island . But the best was the hosts Courtney and Sandy warm welcome and generousity in providing lists of things to do and visit in Tiburon , the Wine Country and San Francisco . I look forward to stay here again .

Beautiful Retreat with City Access

Having just spent a week in this lovely home 22-29 March 2014 I have to share our wonderful experience. The house is lovely and the views amazing ...I mean really amazing. There is everything you need to make your stay comfortable , far and above what I expected . Everything is clean and well cared for and believe me I am Fussy. We could walk into Tiburon for dinner or catch the Ferry into the city and the kids loved this . So easy to get everywhere from here, Muir Woods , Napa, Alcatraz and San Fran . Courtney and Sandy couldn't have been more helpful , even to getting soaked on our departure morning helping us with our luggage . Nothing was too much trouble . We would stay no where else now and have friends hoping to visit this Gem in August .

What an amazing weekend in Tiburon!

What a treasure! I think I may have found one of the best secrets in the Bay Area! Gorgeous home in Tiburon with BILLION DOLLAR VIEWS... gorgeous amenities, etc etc etc. The attention to detail make this even better... from the fun décor, to the well appointed kitchen and bathroom, to the ever so comfortable beds with more linens than I've ever seen at a rental. Top notch. I can't wait to go back... especially when it's so easy to walk to town, the ferry, etc. Park your car and forget about it and take advantage of all that Tiburon's coolest vacation rental has to offer!! Loved it!!!

Perfect in Paradise

You need look no further for the perfect house in Tiburon or Belvedere!! We recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home this past weekend. The home is even more amazing in person - large luxurious bedrooms, an open kitchen, all with views to die for and the private property make this an exceptional home for a vacation on the San Francisco Bay. Whether you want to relax by the pool, watch the sail boats while sipping a cocktail the deck or take a long hike/bike ride you will find everything you need right here!!! The town of Tiburon is charming, offering a quiet respite with fine food and boutique shopping. The owners were a pleasure to work with and made the whole rental process perfectly streamlined. Every detail was taken care of in advance and the home immaculate upon our arrival. With all to be said about this lovely place I think the beds and bedding were my favorite! Ok aside from the views! Sandy and Courtney are very gracious hosts! We plan to make this our home every trip we make to the Bay!

Top notch apartment and Top notch location!!!

This winter 2013th we stayed in the city of Tiburon in a beatiful house located at the edge of the San Francisco Bay. The house can accomodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms with one full size bathroom, there is also a full size very well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, as well as plenty of entrtainment options in the house. the Top apartment has also exra back acces wich is more convenient if you have a stroller. One of the first things that we were amazed in the house was the beautiful view, through the large windows, most of which direclty overlook the san francisco bay and the Golden Gate Bridge create a fantastic scenery visible from the kitchen, master bedroom and even the bathroom. The house is located just 10 min walking distance from the cozy Tiburon downtown which is full of beautiful restaurants and cafe's with a very reasonable prices compare to SF and San Francisco is also easliy accessible via a drive over the golden Gate Bridge, or using the ferry which takes you right past Alcatraz island and on to the San francisco's pier 39. Overall, this house is ideal for anyone who is looking to explore San Franicsco, but wants to live in a calm and secluded town away from the busy streets of a large metropolis and who would like to explore a real local life of SF.We can guarantee Tiburon and the house left the impressions much more than San Francisco itself! We would definitely recommend this property. TIPS The Ferry has different schedule - check ahead Trip to Alcatraz – buy online tickets ahead Take the California Line Cable Car in SF to avoid a long line! Best restaurants with the best prices are in Tiburon! Do not use the owners bicycles they are very bad maintained – the walking trip is more joyful!

Amazing hosts, views and home!

We loved everything about our stay! Amazing location, walking distance to Tiburon - quaint town - to the ferries to SF, to Angel island... Splendid views over SF and the Golden Gate bridge, very peaceful while so close to everything. The house was absolutely pristine clean, and amazingly comfortable, including any amenity you could wish for! Sandy gave us a wonderful welcome upon arrival and answered every question we had. She mentioned different restaurants in town, showed us the amazing movie library and board games to use, and she was always a phone call away, while giving us privacy. We loved the complimentary wine bottle to celebrate New Year 2013! In a few words best hosts, best location and best amenities! The most beautiful home.

Tiburon House

The house was great! Tiburon is a great place to stay because the ferry took us right to San Francisco and Fisherman's Wharf. We were only an hour from Sonoma/Napa and 20 minutes from Muir Woods. The house is top of the line, and the outside space is fantastic. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful time

I stayed here for the week and had just a wonderful time. The unit in which I stayed in was very comfortable and clean and would definately return next time in the area. I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable abode that has all the benefits of home.

Classy, Comfortable, Immaculate

We enjoyed a much needed family vacation at this home and studio. What a treasure in Tiburon. The view is unbelievable from both the studio and the lower condo. Very well stocked kitchen & bathrooms as well as so many of those little things that you always seem to forget to bring are available at your fingertips. Our 98 year old grandmother travels with us and she was so happy with the stunning view from her bedroom, the easy access, the bright rooms, and the warm fireplace. We were very comfortable in this classy yet comfortable home. We are looking forward to putting this on our list of places to re-visit. The owners were very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Perfect Week In Tiburon

My good friend and I spent a week in Tiburon because we had tickets to the U.S. Open at The Olympic Club. After a wonderful experience staying at one of their other Tiburon properties back in December I decided to stay another of their properties in Tiburon. The simple description of our experience is every thing was perfect. Their property is not only perfectly furnished and immaculately kept, but it sit on a hill over looking the Bay, City of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. We completely enjoyed spending time in Tiburon when we weren't at the tournament especially since you can walk to the middle of town from the property. There is no doubt on my mind that we will come back to visit Tiburon and stay at their properties again. They are the perfect owners and hosts.

Best Choice in Tiburon

After hours of viewing various properties to stay in the SF area, this one was our choice! From the moment I first called and spoke to Sandy to our good-byes on March 19, my husband and I felt like (due to their hospitality and gorgeous accommodations) we had met two people that truly care about others and their desire for people have a memorable vacation in the SF area. We stayed five nights in the downstairs 2 bedroom. Sandy showed us the other two properties and they were just as beautiful. During our stay, Sandy and Courtney recommended places to eat and visit. We rented a car and enjoyed many of the sites. The ferry to the city is a 5-10 walk. Anytime I had a question while we were out and about Sandy was a text away. It was a great feeling knowing she was available, if needed. This is the perfect place to stay. We stayed very busy, but if you have a minute to slow down and take in what the Anderson's have to offer inside you will be surprised. The unit has more than 300 CD's (movies) to choose from and a large selection of games and music CD's. We enjoyed the fireplace and would love to return in the summer to enjoy the pool that is located steps from the door. If you are undecided about where to stay, let this review encourage you to choose this one! My husband and I like upscale living with down to earth people. Thanks Sandy and Courtney for helping make my 40th birthday trip to San Francisco a memorable one!

An Unforgettable Visit

The descriptions and photographs do not do justice to this magnificent place. Every view, every spot about this property, whether inside or out, is spectacular beyond all expectations. It’s a bit of paradise, really. The kitchen is thoroughly equipped and lacks nothing. There is enough high quality cookware and dishes to please the finest chef. Towels, blankets, napkins and candles are all in place. The entire unit is beautifully decorated. It was during the holiday season that we visited (of course our stay was not long enough). Sandy, Courtney and their son Matt greeted us with a decorated Christmas tree, table ornaments and trays full of cookies and scones on Christmas day. We were made to feel at home in every way. Their hospitality and warmth was truly genuine. We appreciated it immensely. If there were Oscar-type awards for vacation homes, they would win in all categories. Fun on Both Sides of the GG Bridge

My wife and I spent a week here with our son, a recent college graduate. We went for long daily walks into town and around the bay. The location is very convenient to San Francisco and we were in North Beach in twenty minutes. We've spent many years visiting San Fancisco and lived in the city for a few years, but we like the rural feeling in Tiburon and the communities on the north side of the bridge. We went up to the Coppola winery and drove back along the Silverado Trail past all the vineyards...lots of fun. A trip to the Muir Woods and Beach is a must, with a stop for lunch at the Pelican Inn. The house has a wonderful kitchen and dining room so we had many meals in the flat which was a good break from constant restaurant dining. But the highlight was sitting on the deck reading the morning paper with a cup of coffee and looking out on the Bay and Angel Island. Cheers.

Great house, location and veiws

The views are the most amazing part, but that's not to discount the location and the house. The kitchen is stocked with everythign you could possibly need to make a gourmet meal. Its an easy walk to the ferry and downtown Tiburon. There are excellent running/hiking trails in the hills behind the house (although they are very hard to find).

Once we visited this property we could not stay away from it and ultimately purchased it. It is a joy in every way with incredible views that are always changing.
