Tampa bay bungalow Minutes from downtown!!

This Tampa bungalow is centrally located in historic Seminole heights and is close to everything that Tampa has to offer. This oasis was designed with comfort and convenience in mind . fully equipped with a smart TV ,premium mattresses and linens, high-speed Wi-Fi and a fire pit , This place is Paradise ! Enjoy the local scene of breweries restaurants and shops or venture to local attractions like the aquarium, Busch Gardens, Ybor or the Riverwalk in downtown! You will have the whole place to your self , but we do have an additional unit on the property. Privacy is a priorty so we want to ensure to keep everything seperated to accommodate all of your privacy needs. (PLEASE do not bother the other tenant as there privacy is just as important)
The back deck of the home will not be included in your stay but you will have your own outside area still with plenty of yard space , fire pit , corn hole and couch to hangout on . Absolutely NO parties allowed , there is a $500 non refundable fee for parties . You will immediately be asked to vacate the property with no refund for your stay, and depending on the damage you will be charged accordingly.

Bridget is the best host. Made my family and I feel super comfortable and took care of us. House is beautiful as well. Great time in Tampa.

Tampa trip

Inside was adorable. Clean and welcoming. We should have researched area a bit more. Road noise is constant. Right of 275 highway. Outside furniture needs an upgrade. Hostess was great.

Great stay

The property is exactly as advertised-there were no unpleasant surprises at all. The house was clean, “checking in”/arrival couldn’t have been easier. As some have mentioned, it is fairly close to a major highway which generates a bit of road noise, but after a day or so, it just becomes white noise. Also, that highway can take you just about anywhere that you would want to go in the city and from the house, you can be in on it in about a minute and half- so the location is very convenient. All in all, a great vacation spot and I would definitely stay again.

All the comforts of home in Ybor

We had a great stay! The house is in an old neighborhood in the Ybor area. At first the location may appear sketchy but i assure you, the place is safe and next door to a small church. The host Bridget is very responsive and wants to make sure her guests enjoy their stay. Unfortunately the guests before us weren't as nice to the house but Bridget jumped in to action immediately to ready the house prior to our arrival and meet our satisfaction. I would come back and stay again.

Seminole Heights Stay

Owner is very responsive. They had a new cleaning company and the house was very poorly cleaned, so we shortened our stay and fortunately the owner was willing to issue a refund for the unused amount due to the circumstances, which is why we are rating so high. Very convenient to places like Busch Gardens, but note that it is directly across from the highway, so there is the constant sound of traffic in the living room and front bedroom (and of course the outside sitting area, too). If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll definitely want the back bedroom since it’s quieter. Not a lot of cooking supplies (larger pots/ pans or mixing bowls), but if you’re not doing much cooking, you should have what you need. Nicely remodeled and decorated. Love the stain glass window on the front.

Not worth the money

I am normally a very highly understanding reviewer. However, this property is not one I can review kindly. We were planning a trip to Tampa with our family for a trip to Bush Gardens. Here is our issues with the above property. 1. This property has what looks to be 3 properties in the same lot. There is a shared backyard which immediately caused for concern since we had 5 young children. So this property while yes has its own living area. It does not have privacy in the backyard. Even in the fire pit area which is provided there is a window that belongs to the other property which is extremely unnerving. 2. Do not look at the pictures and believe anything is provided. There is one picture that has the shower with 3 pumps that look like a hotel shower. (Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) however all 3 were empty. The owner did bring the next day however, we had none for the first night there. 3. There is also a picture of the fire pit. First night when we gathered with the kids for games and a fire. there was no propane. Again, the owner did replace the next morning. But it is something that is sold as a feature and again was not provided until we complained. 4. The property had very little when it came to kitchen supplies. They have a picture of the kitchen and coffee however, the kitchen had almost no cooking equipment. 2 egg pans and no large pots. We had to order food out the entire time we were there. I cannot recommend this location look elsewhere.

Mini Vacation

The house was super cute. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood near Busch Gardens andTampa Zoo. Back patio area with firepit was a perfect chill spot to hang with teenage boys.

GREAT LOCATION for DOWNTOWN

This property is close to Busch Gardens and is more geared for downtown living. Close to cool places to eat, the Zoo and the Tampa Acquarium. The home was very clean.
