We had a great time at this property. The house was clean, well organized and we really appreciated the amenities that were available.It was centrally located to Tampa and easy to get on the various freeways to go to the towns we needed to be at. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and we really appreciate that.The host was very communicative and quickly responsive to any questions or needs that we had And and I would definitely stay again at the house if I were in the Tampa area.

Needs repairs: door code, grill,master bedroom tv and dishwasher all non functioning. Also AC barely cooled off home. Hoping they can fix things for the next guests.

Ok just needs a good cleaning

We arrived very late. Check in was easy however the house needs a good cleaning. Master bath was not cleaned at all. Kitchen had dead bugs everywhere and the grass needed cut. I notified owner next morning and they offered to come and clean however we brought friends with us and it was a bad impression. Very cute house just needs a good cleaning. And I forgot to mention the hot water in the front of house only lasted 5 minutes in the shower so everyone had to take shower in master bath. Pictures show washcloth and pubic hair in master bath

Graduation weekend

This was a perfect location, close to everything. Our dogs loved the big backyard. My son loved the office area. I loved the front porch and the backyard swing. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Tampa Stay

I enjoyed the location of the house for all the activities I did and close to my daughter who lives in Tampa.The owners are amazing and anything that I needed they dealt with immediately! My dogs loved the backyard. I would definitely recommend this place and if back next winter I hope to stay there again.

Not what was expected

The pictures on the website were for the most part, exactly what you get however, there are a few things that are concerning to me. The property is not kept up as it should be. The bathrooms were disgusting. They were not cleaned. It seemed as though either guest had just left literally the same day or this owner lives there and got up just because we booked I previously was excited because I was happy. They were allowing us to do an early check-in. However, the bathrooms looked like they have not been cleaned in days. There were dirt stains in the tubs there was bars of use soaps in the tubs. The house is nice overall I just feel that the house needs a really good cleaning prior to guest checking in
