The Space:
Large 2 Acre garden like estate! The Seventies House is a three-bedroom home and was restored back to the original mid-century quarters look. It has 1,830 sf of living space. This vacation home is representative of an era of clean lines and what some saw as futuristic simplicity. Even the appliances have been restored to accommodate a fully furnished kitchen, an eating area, formal dining area, unique bedrooms, cool bathrooms, and a matching set of brown washer/dryer for cleaning any tie-dyed secret clothes.
The Neighborhood:
There is a park just steps from this house. Both compete for the deer. DON’T Interrupt the Deer. Pet Deer at your own RISK. Even when sunbathing or relaxing, remember the animals are not tame. You are experiencing them in their own habitat.
Other Things to Note:
Plenty of room for Boat(s), RV(s), trucks, and other toys!!!!!! How many places allow you to park and store all your toys?
Internet/Cell Phone Coverage/Utilities WiFi is usually reliable, but may be impacted by coastal weather. Most cell providers have strong reception, but occasional service interruptions can occur due to the remote location.
