Awesome Resort Living! Penthouse är en förstklassig 3000 kvadratmeter penthouse på toppen av en triplex med perfekt hav och strand utsikt. Detta hem är praktiskt taget på stranden. Lakan, kuddar och örngott, bad- och kökshanddukar finns.
Penthouse 4 sovrum och 3 badrum med hiss för att ta dig till toppen av denna underbara hem direkt från parkeringsplatsen nedanför. En gång på toppen öppnar dörren till en spis, kök och matplats.
Den har inredning som fokuserar på en 42-tums LCD-TV med HD-kanaler och kabel. Full storlek soffa och kärlek sits. Bakom den är matsalen och bordet som rymmer 8, med ytterligare sittplatser för tre i baren. Köket är mycket rymligt för matlagning med mycket granitbänk.

Av baksidan av köket är den större av mastersviterna. Detta sovrum har en king size-säng, LCD-TV och en liten privat däck för att slappna av och njuta av kvällen. Badrummet har dubbla handfat, stå upp dusch och en bubbelbadkar.

Den andra master sviten har en king size-säng, tillgång till främre däck med mer fantastiska vyer, LCD-TV.

De ytterligare två sovrummen består av en queen size-säng och enkelsängar. Båda har LCD-TV

På övervåningen finns ett medierum med ytterligare en 42 "LCD-TV. Rummet har ett kortspelbord, 2 plyschstolar och en soffa och kärleksstol .. Utsikten från detta rum är otroligt. Du har havet från framsidan och utsikt över Bogue Sound i ryggen.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family enjoyed the stay this year at Atlantic Beach! We had stayed in the past and everything was just as expected. There was a leak in the ceiling due to new air conditioner installation error. It was handled immediately and courteously. This unit is in a great location and roomy for the whole family. I have one suggestion: a baby gate at the top of stairs on deck. We love spending time on the deck with all the kids and it would be great to have a gate to close just for extra safety.

Lovely stay

Our group of 7, aged 13 to 84, had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful and plenty of room for all. Easy beach access and pretty views. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Annual Family Gathering

The place was perfect for our family. We had 10 family member staying in the unit. We needed accommodations for family that had a hard time with stairs. The elevator and expansive main level was excellent for family gatherings! The loft was excellent for the younger generation to gather, not to mention the large porches! Edith the property manager was AMAZING!! We texted her very late at night when we arrived. She resolved our issue first thing in the morning. She truly defines Southern Hospitality and welcome, the owners are very luck to have her!!!

Family for daughter’s wedding

This is a beautiful place with so much marital Light and beauty. Wonderful location with easy beach access. It served our purpose in holding family and friends for our daughter’s wedding. The property manager is super responsive and we had no issue at all. Thank you for allowing g us to stay! We will be back!

Great Stay

We love this rental. It was our 3rd time staying here. The layout works well for our family. Kiddos love the loft. I love the big open kitchen for cooking meals/food prep. The view is lovely. The area is not crowded (at least this time of year) and we always enjoy our stay.

Great View with all the amenities

Great place with a beautiful view. Very easy access to the beach. The elevator provided ease of movement for my elderly mother and one in our party who is to have knee surgery. Great restaurants and an easy travel distance to great little towns like New Bern, Beaufort, and Swansboro. Comfortable and enjoyable.

Great family condo

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We love it! The elevator is very convenient for older family members as well as loading/unloading cars. The large kitchen is great for making family meals while still being a part of the socializing. Multiple restaurants nearby and across the bridge in Morehead City. The walk to the beach is quick and we saw dolphins multiple times!

Great place to stay.

The location of this vacation home is perfect- literally a few feet from the beach .We had a great time at this place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on pictures.Would absolutely recommend to stay there! Edith the property manager is incredible. She was very quick to respond with any questions.

Beautiful!

This by far was the cleanest rental property we have stayed in. It is beautiful! The location is fantanstic. The checkin process was easy. The condo had everything we needed. My family really enjoyed our stay. I would definelty stay here again.
