The Space:
This beautiful apartment is located in a small gated resort in the neighborhood of Jan Thiel, where you will find some of the most popular beaches and restaurants in Curacao just a short walk away. This gated complex, the Spanish water Residence & Marina, has its own communal swimming pool, and a restaurant is right next door. The apartment overlooks a tropical garden and consists of three bedrooms.

The living room has views of the Spanish Water's harbor, and the modern kitchen is equipped with all essentials. All rooms have air conditioning, and there is excellent WIFI throughout the penthouse. All bedrooms are supplied with freshly cleaned linen and towels.

Kitchen essentials include a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen stove, oven/microwave, large American refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, and vacuum cleaner. The communal swimming pool is only steps away from your residency. Chairs and sunbeds are available free at the pool. Caracasbaai beach is a 5-minute walk away, and 15 minute walk or 3-minute drive will get you to the famous 'Jan Thiel' beach area.
