The convenience of a mini fridge, espresso machine, and cocktail mixing set is at your fingertips. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to all 5 private hotel suites. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Our stylish accommodations showcase similar design and decor in every suite, ensuring a consistent experience. Access to the suites is easy with an elevator, as they are located on the lower level. Property amenities include a record player, bluetooth speaker, espresso machine, cocktail mixing set, and complete privacy during your stay. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features).

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

-5% off for stays 7+ nights
-10% off for stays 30+ nights
• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.
• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
