Charming 3 bd, 1.5 bath ranch in a fantastic private location, framed by acres of conservation land near 6A and Scargo Lake. Easy one floor living with central air. Good size eat-in kitchen with attached open concept dining room. Large three season sunroom overlooking colorful perennials. Back yard includes two patios with seating and an outdoor shower.

Nearby amenities include Scargo Lake & tower, Bayside Beaches, historic 6A, shops, golf, restaurants and arts & culture. Princess Beach, which offers a beautiful sandy beach, picnic & play area, is just three streets away!
Corporation Beach is 1.6 miles away.
Mayflower beach 3.3 miles away.

Lovely home near bayside beaches

We loved our stay at Nina’s place! It has been lovingly refurbished by the owners, beautifully decorated and everything we needed was provided (except for sheets which you bring with you). One of the best things is that there are several outdoor spaces flowing out of the house into the backyard including a nice outdoor beach shower, 2 patios and a screened-in porch. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, with paper goods stored in the basement stair area. Everything was immaculately clean, and Nina was very responsive. We thought it was a great location to spring out from in all directions and we particularly loved how close it was to the awesome bayside beaches.We were a party of 4 adults and two small children. We fit very comfortably in the 3 bedrooms. The master BR has a powder room and there is a nicely redone full bath down the hall. Sometimes after beach trips there was a wait to use the shower, but the private outdoor beach shower helped a lot, especially with the children who loved the novelty of it. The owner asks that you wash and replace the towels which was a surprise, but we felt a small way of saying thank you for such a nice quality stay.Sure hope to go back some day!

Wonderful Time in Dennis (Cape Cod)

We had a wonderful time in Dennis (Cape Cod) together with the whole family (Parents, Grandparents, Kids)! Nina was a perfect host and took care of everything. The house is amazing - wonderful location, great equipped and spacious :)

A wonderful week

My wife, our 2 kids (2 and 7 months), my mother in law and I all had a magnificent stay at this lovely, well-decorated, and stocked vacation home. The house had everything we needed for a successful vacation. Everything was clean, and neat. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking implements that you'd expect, The outdoor space and 3-season room far exceeded our expectations. It was lovely. Make sure you use the walking trail to scargo lake!
